"This property is exactly as advertised. It is a A frame in the woods with no bells and whistles. If you want to get away from your busy life this is the place to go. There is a small pond directly in front of the house with many frogs and salamanders, didn't seem to be any fish. The fire pit is right next to the pond and has a grill that we used to cook over a wood fire. It was nice to get away from phone calls and emails for a weekend."

Nice getaway cabin

Nice rustic cabin to get away from it all. No wifi or phone service, so you're forced to unwind, which is what we needed. The queen mattress was too soft for our liking downstairs, but other than that a lovely, rustic place.

Great "unplugged" getaway

Had a great time with my wife for her birthday weekend! Cabin was basic (as described) but perfect for our little weekend! Super comfortable and clean, and the area was beautiful!

Weekend Getaway Under the Stars

We enjoyed beautiful weather and clear nights to take in the countryside and nighttime stars. This place is cozy and pleasantly disconnected from the internet with lots of outdoor space to read and relax. The house itself is as advertised - not fancy, but perfectly comfortable and well equipped.

Adorable cabin in the woods! kids loved the pond! My only suggestion is to have screens replaced so windows can be open to enjoy the evening cool air!

We had an awesome time doing NOTHING all week. Camp fire, board games, star gazing, sleeping in. Beautiful area and truly God's country. The cabin had everything we needed and is kept up very nicely.

Wonderful time away from the city! Perfectly cozy cabin, no issues at all! It rained on our trip, which made it even better and cozier tbh! 10/10 already have friends wanting to know the spot. Reminds me of growing up with VHS and card games. No service or wifi, just vibes. Host was so nice, and answers very quickly.

It worked very well for the 3 of us.

We were on a 4 day motorcycling weekend and used the vrbo as our base. Remote and quiet with all the basic necessities needed. Would certainly recommend it.

A perfect place to unwind

This cabin was just as advertised: rustic, quiet, and cozy. Loved the serenade by the peepers and frogs while enjoying a bonfire at the fire pit. The porches were great to sit on when it rained. Peace and contentment were experienced here! I'll come back for certain.

Dark sky cabin

Very dark sky, excellent for astronomical observing. Only improvement for that would be less trees for wider range of open sky, and that would not be as nice as the forested actuality.
