The main living space features a modern kitchen with full amenities and an airy open-concept design, enhanced by vaulted ceilings that bathe the space with natural light and showcase breathtaking open water views. Harbor Hideaway is also equipped with high speed WIFI and 4 Smart TV’s that provide access to a wide range of popular streaming services. The grand wrap around porch offers a gas grill, lounge seating, captivating sunset vistas, and an additional dining table to enjoy meals or cocktails, “Al Fresco.”

The main level features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bathroom features double sinks, an expansive shower with dual shower heads, and a free standing soaking tub with views of the bay. The loft includes an additional sleeping area, half bath, and a third-floor balcony for an exclusive panoramic crow’s nest view of the bay. 

Cool off and relax in the lagoon-style pool, perfectly heated and chilled for comfort after a day out on the water. Surrounding the pool, enjoy artificial turf, featuring your own private putting green! The lush tropical landscaping provides ample privacy making this home the ultimate tranquil, tropical oasis. Situated in a protected cove, the boat lift can accommodate boats up to 24’ in length on a 15,000lb boat lift. With direct bay access and the ocean just minutes away through the Channel 5 Bridge, Harbor Hideaway puts you conveniently located to the some of the Florida Key’s best spots for fishing, diving, and snorkeling!

Reservation Deposit & Cancellations: A reservation deposit equal to one-half (50%) of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. TENANT shall be entitled to a refund of the one-half (50%) reservation deposit, less any non-refundable fees, if the reservation is cancelled at least 60 days prior to the occupancy date. The remaining balance, including any required security deposit, is due no later than 60 days prior to the occupancy date. If the cancellation occurs within 60 days of the occupancy date, the full reservation amount shall be non-refundable. If the booking is made less than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the full reservation amount shall be due at the time of booking, and TENANT shall not be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid in the event of cancellation. As an exception to the foregoing, TENANT shall be entitled to a refund of all amounts paid if COASTAL re-rents the property for the same amount and for the full rental period. If the property is re-rented for fewer days or at a lower rate, COASTAL may deduct from the refund the difference between the total amount due under TENANT’s original reservation (including all taxes and fees) and the amount received from the subsequent rental.
