A stylish and comfortable condo in Porto Heli town with views of the lagoon and 1min walk to Porto Heli port, easy access to some wonderful beaches. The 3BR apartment is fully equipped and in great condition with beautiful sea views. It sleeps maximum 7 people including 1 person in the living room sofabed, so it is perfect for a family or group of friends who want a great place to unwind or explore the region.
The condo occupies the first (top) floor. It comprises 3 bedrooms (two doubles and two twin beds), all are airconditioned. Furthermore there is a large living room ( can sleep an extra person on a sofabed), two bathrooms with shower, and one WC. The living room overlooks the lagoon of Porto Heli. It is spacious and comfortably furnished, with excellent taste and attention to detail.
Guests have access to the entire apartment.

There are several beautiful bays with gorgeous beaches in the immediate vicinity, including popular Norma Beach and Ververonda. It is very conveniently located for supermarket (AB Vasilopoulos) and other essentials. The wider region is very green and fertile with distinct architecture heritage. For culture lovers, the ancient theatre of Epidavros is an hours drive away.
The condo is 5 km from the port of Kosta (where you can get the boat to Spetses), 8km from Kranidi village, 15km from Ermioni, and 12km from the fishing village of Koilada.
