Lage, Terrasse und Innenraum, sowie Aufteilung der Wohnung, und die Klimaanlage super. Eine Markise wäre besser, da Sonnensegel schwer anzubringen und bei Wind wieder abzunehmen sind. Liegen auf der Terrasse sollten mal erneuert werden und Klodeckel festgezogen oder erneuert werden. Ansonsten hatten wir einen super Urlaub.

Vacanza sulla falesia a Meschers sur Gironde

Anche quest'anno vacanza sulla costa atlantica francese, lontano dalla ressa e dalla canicola del mediterraneo. Proveniendo da Milano, tappa all'andata a Carcassonne (bellissima, ma troppi turisti..), e tappa al ritorno a Laguoile (paesaggi stupendi). La casa a Meschers perfettamente adeguata alle aspettative, sulla scogliera a strapiombo sul mare della Gironda, con un bellissimo terrazzo in pieno sole e parcheggio nel cortile cintato della proprietà. Arredamento moderno, ma pienamente funzionale. Nell'intorno, le bellissime spiagge di Royan, molto comoda anche per tutti gli acquisti, e grandissima scelta di locali per pranzo e cena. Spanciata di ostriche e di cozze. Molto consigliabile, così come la costa atlantica francese, pochissimo frequentata da italiani (in verità non ne abbiamo mai visto uno). Consigliatissimo.

Toller Blick, innenausstattung optimierbar

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in ruhiger wunderschönen Gegend. Für 4 Personen sind die Betten etwas klein 1,40 mal 2m) und die Küchenausstattung ist optimierbar (nur 4 Gläser, Tassen … terrasse sehr gross u gute Möbel. Insgesamt sehr schön aber nicht gerade günstig.

Super Lage, sehr ruhig. Super Blick auf die Gironde. Wer allein sein will, ist hier alles perfekt. Wer einen Ansprechpartner toujours vor und während des Urlaubs braucht, weniger empfehlenswert. Un grand merci à Lara et à Mr. Collions.

Fantastischer Ausblick

Eine top Lage, für Menschen die Ruhe haben möchten. Für zwei Leute ideal. Die Einrichtung ist den Räumlichkeiten angepasst und sehr nett. Meschers-sur-Gironde ist ein wunderBarer Ort, klein und idyllisch.

Schöne Wohnung in einem netten kleinen Ort

Das Örtchen Meschers hat einen kleinen Markt, Geschäfte und bietet alles was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben schön. Mit dem Gasgrill kann man die leckeren Meeresfrüchte gut zubereiten. Die Beschattung ist mit den 2 Segeln nicht ideal gelöst. Im Mai war dies für uns jedoch kein Problem. Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Tolle Lage, super Ausblick

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Mescher-sur-Gironde verbracht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist prima. Bäcker, Supermarkt,Strand, Restaurants, alles ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer sehr gepflegten Straße. Von der Wohnung aus kann man tolle Küstenwanderungen machen in einer wunderschönen, von Ebbe und Flut geprägten Landschaft. Die Wohnung hat einen fantastischen Ausblick. Durch die große Fensterfront ist es auch drinnen schön hell und gemütlich. Wir haben vor allem das Frühstück und Abendessen auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Für vier Personen ist die Wohnung ideal. Da aber eine Person auf dem Sofa schlafen kann, können auch Familien mit drei Kindern diese Wohnung buchen, es wird dann halt etwas eng. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Vermieter, den wir bei unserer Abreise kennengelernt haben, ist sehr nett. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.

La vue est certes magnifique...

La vue est magnifique, c’est indéniable. Bon point également pour le calme et l'emplacement à 5 mn du centre-ville, des commerces et de la plage. Mais le logement n'a pas été à la hauteur de la prestation espérée. Annoncé pour 5 personnes, il n'y a que 2 plaques électriques, le frigo est minuscule et il n'y a pas de freezer digne de ce nom. Donc courses à prévoir tous les jours. L’escalier qui monte aux chambres, qui sont mansardées, est très raide et elles ne sont pas équipées de climatisation...une fournaise durant notre séjour en été. Nous avons d’ailleurs acheté un ventilateur, j'espère que les prochains locataires pourront en profiter. La terrasse est bien située face à l’estuaire de la Gironde, mais elle gagnerait à être équipée d’un store ou d’un dispositif d’ombrage efficace permettant d’y déjeuner à l’ombre ou simplement d’en profiter en journée lorsqu’il fait chaud. …Un petit mot à monsieur le propriétaire : il est temps de faire quelques travaux de rénovation (literie, plomberie du lavabo de la salle de bain, sol et rambarde de la terrasse, dispositif d’ombrage, coussins du mobilier extérieur - très sales durant notre séjour…). Dernier point, les photos sur le site ne traduisent pas l'état actuel du logement, il faudrait les actualiser. Au final, le tarif en haute saison nous a paru trop élevé par rapport aux prestations et nous avons été déçus.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, direkt an der Gironde

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Meschers verbracht. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet (entspricht den Fotos), sehr ruhig, das Anwesen ist mit Code gesichert, Parkplatz im Hof. Zum Ortskern mit Bäcker, Markt etc, nicht weit. Nette Restaurants am Hafen- auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine sehr heiße Woche, so dass wir die Terrasse erst am Abend nutzen konnten: die Betonplatte lädt sich sehr auf und die Sonnensegel spenden nicht wirklich Schatten- aber tagsüber waren wir sowieso meistens unterwegs! Einziger zu bemängelnder Punkt: die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig! Wir waren wohl die ersten Gäste in der Saison, und überall tote Spinnen und Spinnweben! Die Toilette- kein Kommentar! Am ersten Abend haben wir alles etwas geputzt, dann haben wir den Urlaub genossen! Aber bei dem Preis für die Endreinigung hätte ich was Anderes erwartet!

CALME ET VUE MAGNIFIQUE

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'endroit est extrêmement calme. Situation tout prêt du centre. (tous commerces et marché) et des ballades et plages. On rentre par un portail, donc c'est sécurisé, et la maison se trouve au fond de la cour avec parking. La décoration est de bon gout et actuelle. La terrasse offre une belle vue et très abritée du vent, bien aménagée avec transat, chilienne, table, plancha, voile d'ombrage.... La maison est bien équipée en électro ménager.

Séjour calme, reposant et vue splendide

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement confortable et bien aménagé, situé au calme dans une propriété privée à deux pas des grottes de Matata et de Regulus. Le must de l'appartement est sa grande terrasse, joliment meublée, ensoleillée toute la journée et la vue panoramique sur l'estuaire de la Gironde est juste splendide ! Les températures ayant été quasi caniculaires durant notre séjour, nous en avons bien profité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir...

Vue magnifique !!!!!!

Avons passé un très agréable séjour. La terrasse + le panorama sur la Gironde nous ont permis de faire le plein d'énergie. La location est très bien située ce qui nous a permis de faire tout à pied : ballades, courses. Gardons les coordonnées pour un éventuel séjour.... Merci

Quelle vue !!!!

Belle location à proximité des commerces, bien aménagée et propre.Bien située pour visiter la région. Mais surtout une vue à couper le souffle !!! que l'on soit sur la terrasse ou dans le séjour , le regard est irrésistiblement attiré vers l'estuaire et ses couleurs changeantes. Le calme , le silence et cette vue ont fait de cette semaine un vrai séjour de repos et de récupération. Adresse à conserver pour un nouveau séjour .

Belle location avec vue exceptionnelle

Belle location très bien située, près du centre bourg et surtout une très belle vue sur l'estuaire. Location très calme et très reposante meublée avec goût (photos conformes à la réalité). Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
