Beautiful loft close to downtown

This beautifully appointed loft was perfect for our downtown stay. It was a quick walk to the Yum Center and the downtown area, and a close drive to other neighborhoods for trying out some different restaurants. The communication with the owner/manager was easy and they were very responsive and helpful. We’d love to stay here again when we come back to Louisville!

Perfect Getaway

We have stayed here three years in a row for an annual event in Louisville and will 100% be returning here for a fourth. Eric is is one of the best and most responsive people I have ever encountered on VRBO. The house is perfect and in a perfect location. Walkable to all downtown activities. We love it!

Great spot for large groups

Stayed here for a bachelor party of 10 adults. Despite the group size, the space didn't feel crowded. The host was available by phone/text for any issues and responded quickly. The place is nearby to many of the downtown attractions and not a far walk from the NuLu neighborhood. Because it's a loft, the upstairs does get pretty warm at night but overall a great stay.

The location is great and walkable to everything. Nice and spacious with a great setup. The bed at the top of the loft was new for us this year and was a very pleasant surprise. Could not have asked for a better location. Parking was easy, loft was awesome…kitchen very well appointed. Enough linens for all. We had several couples/friends staying together, was a great cozy place. Host attentive from start to finish. Check in super easy, even able to get in early. Had one small issue and response was quick and resolved to our satisfaction. Beds comfortable. Be sure to try the sauna/shower, which was a pleasant surprise for me! Would stay there again. Walkable location - great for downtown access

The pictures online are accurate to the property. The location can't be beat! We walked to whiskey row and to many great shops and restaurants. The loft was as described. Appliances were all in working order. The loft needs a little repair - light switches weren't working in many cases and the loft appears to have original wood floors. They are lovely, but VERY loose and squeaky - loud enough to wake up everyone sleeping or disrupt a show on TV.

Had a great time in the area. Weather was unreal for November and we got to many distilleries (yes, we got Blanton’s) and the cooperage in Lebanon…we’ll worth the trip. Lots of space in the unit and access was simple and straightforward. Good location on Market Street to go in either direction for distilleries, restaurants, and bars. Would stay here again.

Great stay with coworkers

In town with two colleagues for a large convention. Opted for a VRBO over a hotel and am very glad we did! Eric was a gracious host and proactively checked with us a few times during our stay. Cool place in a great location. Enjoyed the unexpected steam room after morning runs. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in Louisville.

This apartment was nothing short of amazing! Stunning details and pops of Louisville in every corner. No detail was missed. Place was clean and organized. Eric the host sent us an actual app with tons of details in it including recommendations. He reached out on day one to make sure all was well and provide his info if we needed anything. Location was great. A few blocks from downtown and only 2 blocks from the current liveliness. Will definitely stay again when the city is more open!! Looking forward to it.

The App was helpful and easy to use. Location was easy to get to amd in great proximity to all my family wanted to visit. Nice upgrades to an old building..Steam shower was awesome! Beds comfortable. Some minor cleaning had been missed prior to our stay otherwise very nice.

Check in was a smooth. Parking was located right in front of the building. Upon arrival we were greeted with a beautiful open concept condo. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed! Plenty of towels for our weekend stay. Within walking distance to so many bars/restaurants. We have no complaints! Highly recommend!
