NEW 4 stars fully independent apartment, build 36m above sea elevation with private saltwater heated swimming pool and hard pool cover for child safety. Luxury apartment "Perla" , located at the house ground floor, is designed to have one big bedroom(sleeping room) and huge living room just for your comfort(2+2 person)!!!There is an enormous terrace that receives sun all day long.
First beach with a kristal clear, blue sea is just 150 meter away. The entire house is equipped with the electrical heat pump "Daikin" that drives most sophisticated air conditions/fan coils unit located in each room for cooling and everywhere floor heating facilities … Apartment has direct access to its fully private concrete swimming pool dimensions 7.5*4*1.5 m. The swimming pool is equipped with a salt water chlorinator that increases water quality without adding chemical product and accordingly gives crystal clear, nice smells water. Hard pool cover /or child safe pool cover is there for children safety and to maintain water temperature over the night!!! The cover remote controller is operated by owner only... The swimming pool has additional enhanced heating pump for heating the pool or to maintain the desired/ or default water temperature . Pool water temperature can be adjusted as per guest request and pleasure accordingly. Right next to the pool there is a shower station with hot water and toiled station...Big masonry fireplace for BBQ (fire on woods/charcoal, initially available at the spot )and outdoor kitchen equipped with additional electrical hob ... Around the pool aria are set comfortable deck chairs for sunbathing and one hanging chair...The highest level of exterior anti-slip tiles covering entire terrace for everyone safety!!! The whole terrace is illuminated by various lamps...Apartment is equipped with alarm system managed by guests...
