This spectacular 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom suite offers a spacious living space including a pullout queen size sofa (sleeps 2). Views of the oceanfront from the living room area. Apple TV on every TV. High Speed internet and AC. Private patio with seating, perfect for your morning coffee. A true modern escape!
A stunning kitchenette with mini-fridge and freezer, Broan cooktop fully stocked with drinkware, flatware, and dinnerware. A Nespresso Vertuo coffee station with pods, Breville toaster oven, iron tea kettle and Ninja blender for preparing light meals.
The comfortable king size bed is fully outfitted with luxurious linens and our favorite down comforter. Seamless pocket doors lead into the ensuite bathroom with a Toto Neorest 700 Dual Flush Bidet, Graff rain shower, stand alone bathtub and perfectly lit LED vanity.
Quality finishes are found throughout the property, where you always have enough space to enjoy friends and family. When the tide is right, walk on the sand to great local spots, such as Malibu Pier, Nobu and the SoHo House. The Malibu Country Mart is approx. 1.2 miles away and is reachable by foot or car. Whole Foods grocery store is nearby.

Guest Access:
Our guests have access to their assigned suite and all shared common areas, including the expansive grassy area, grilling stations, beach sand lounging area, and laundry room. Access to CURE Wellness and Gym is also included, conveniently located nearby (not onsite).
The Neighborhood:
Known as “Billionaire’s Beach,” Carbon Beach is one of Malibu’s most sought-after destinations, perfect for beach walks, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and sunbathing. Steps from Nobu, Soho House, the Malibu Pier, Surfrider Beach, and the Country Mart’s restaurants and shops.
Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.
Getting Around:
SA Suites are located in the heart of Malibu within walking distance to the Malibu Pier and just steps away from Malibu's most iconic beach, Carbon Beach. The Malibu Country Mart is approx. 1.2 miles and is reachable by foot or car. We offer car rental services to our guests. Uber is readily available.

In an effort to keep our properties in good condition and to maintain neighborhood harmony, we have a few rules in place. Please read each rule description carefully:
1) No Parties. No Visitors. No Unapproved Guests.
All guest names must be submitted before booking. A guest is anyone who will spend any time at the property. We may request photo ID from the booker and all listed guests.
Unlisted guests are not allowed. This policy helps us stay within legal limits and maintain peace in the neighborhood. Overcapacity may result in cancellation of your stay.
**Guests are only permitted on the complex grounds from check-in to check out time. Guests are not permitted on the property during any other times.
2) No pets unless proof of service animal is provided, as required by law.
3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke/vapor/gas detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations (paid by guest). City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW.
4) Please do not send mail to the property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, packages may be sent to our office and delivered to the property on your arrival day. We are not responsible for lost or unclaimed mail or packages.
6) Quiet hours: 9pm to 9am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors.

7) Parking: One parking pass will be provided. Parking in the front lot is not permitted without a valid pass. If no spaces are available, parking is permitted on PCH. Do not park in handicap spaces or any restricted areas without the proper permit, as violations may result in fines exceeding $500.
8) Please do not hang clothing items or towels off the glass railings in the complex.
9) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $95 service fee applies to all requests.
10) Day of Arrival:
Please let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security. This is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us to maintain a secure environment.
11) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.
Check-out: Standard checkout time is 10:00 AM
Late checkout is available up until 12:00 PM for a fee of $50 per hour. Guests must notify our team in advance if they would like a late checkout, as this requires rescheduling our cleaning team. Late checkouts must be approved by our team prior to confirmation.
12) Please ensure you do not leave any belongings behind upon departure. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If a lost item is found and returned, the guest will be responsible for shipping costs plus a $50 service fee.
13) To maintain the quality and condition of the home, guests are not permitted to move or rearrange any furniture without prior written approval. Moving furniture can cause damage to floors, walls, and the furnishings themselves.
Any unauthorized movement of furniture will result in an additional fee to cover inspection, repositioning, and any damages incurred.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the space in excellent condition for all guests.
14) **All credit card payments are subject to a 3.55% processing fee shown at checkout, including additional services such as pre-stocking, mid-stay cleaning, and pool heating. International credit cards may incur an additional 1.5% fee due to exchange rate differences, bringing the total to approximately 4.7%. Bank wire payments are available upon request.
15 ) Cleanliness: We take cleaning seriously. Our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between stays, with white hotel-style linens, white towels, premium toiletries, and well-stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. High-touch surfaces receive extra care, all linens and towels are freshly washed after every stay, and our cleaning standards exceed CDC guidelines.
This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.
