Come enjoy our little piece of paradise located in Weeki Wachee, Florida! This waterfront home sits on a spacious corner canal leading right to the gulf and Weeki Wachee river. Ideal for fishing directly from the dock or backyard! Relax and enjoy the view from the deck, with visits from manatees and dolphins! Grill, tan, swim, kayak, check out the local beaches, restaurants, stores, etc! This home has just been remodeled from top to bottom, and everything is brand new!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE ! We have place the furniture where we want it so do not change it! There will be a $250 extra charge if we have to move back!!
This home comes with one king and one queen bed. Host will allow up to 6 guests, however, guest must provide their own linens and air mattress for their additional guests (greater than 4 guests).
Do Not park on the grass!! Place thermostat temperature at 78 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you use the Kayaks make sure you wash them down with fresh water when finished.
Trash Days are Tuesday and Friday. Please place Blue Trash can out so it does not overflow for the next guest.
DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE ! We have place the furniture where we want it so do not change it! There will be a $250 extra charge if we have to move back!!

The house itself was great—we loved the size, decor, layout, and location. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left something to be desired. The floors and kitchen could have been cleaner, and the linens appeared stained, worn, and had visible hairs on them.The outdoor lighting also needs improvement. The only working back patio light was the Ring floodlight, which stayed on for only a few seconds, and there were no working lights on the dock/seawall, making night fishing impossible.The kayaks are a nice perk, but their condition and the storage of the kayaks, paddles, and seats was disappointing and felt a bit tacky. Overall, a great property that would benefit from more attention to cleanliness, lighting, and upkeep.

It was beautiful. We had a blast. We fished out back, enjoyed a family barbecue, saw a manatee swim right by us, saw some crabs and watched the birds fishing in the early morning. The home was quiet and clean, all the amenities are just as pictured and really was a home. The kayakes were perfect and we took them right out the back and went for a trek down the canals. Thank you for a wonderful spring break.

I am originally from providence, RI and moved down to the Weeki Wachee area in 1987. I joined the Army in 2001 and served overseas in Afghanistan from 2005-2006. After getting out of the Army I served as a Merchant Marine on Oil Rigs around the world. I own a Real Estate Brokerage here in the Central Florida Area called American Pride Realty Group. I currently own a Air conditioning company called Florida Coast Cooling located in Homasassa, Fl

Why they chose this property

This property has been renovated from head to toe. Everything is new. All brand new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Everything you need to just relax while you are there. We live 10 minutes away if you need anything while you are staying with us we are here to help with anything you may need. We are directly on the water, so there will be bugs and mosquitos! Even with monthly pest control, we cant get them all!

What makes this property unique

This place has everything !! We have a 16 foot floating dock for you to park your boat at. If you do not have a boat and would like to bring a jet ski or two we have two jet ski ramps for you to park your skis on.. If you do not have any motorized water vehicles we have 4 kayaks that are included in the cost of the rental for you to enjoy while you stay with us!! We are minutes away from Weeki wachee springs or if you prefer saltwater springs we have those too!!
