Luxurious Home Close to The Beach

Summary:
Feel luxurious in this beautiful modern ocean view house, located just a 2 min walk from the beach.
Explore the Island and return to enjoy your dinner at our large decking area.
Perfect for large groups or families.

The Space:
Brand new building completed in March 2018. Built with luxury in mind

The main outdoor living area is upstairs with large sliding doors that open up to the large balcony to become one large indoor/outdoor living area, includes 4 burner gas bbq , 2 x sunbathing chairs, large low dining table, seats 8, bar table, seats 4 and small intimate table seats 2. Sit back with a glass of wine and enjoy the wonderful beach view.

3 min drive to the GP track, 5 min drive to the main town, 8 min drive to Penguin Parade, 2 min walk to the Beach.

Also got two separate working areas for a laptop with WIFI connection.
Large Staircase brings you up to the second level with a large decking area spacious Living room and Master Suite.
Fully decked out kitchen with all brand new appliances waiting for you to use them and make something special.

- Towels, Linen, Essentials and Coffee and Tea are all free to use.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access through a lockbox with code sent out two days before check in.

The Neighborhood:
This is a residential area so we won't tolerate much noise or parties. There is a coffee shop and a Bottle-O nearby.
The main town is about 5 min drive away.

Getting Around:
We have a bus stop close by the house for people that travel with Public transportation.

Other Things to Note:
All Linen and bath towels are provided for including consumables and bathroom supplies.

Great place for a week away

Lovely, spacious and perfect position. Surf Beach must be the best kept secret on the Island! This home has lots of space to spread out and kept our teens happy. Beds were comfy and warm and we enjoyed our daily walks to the beach and some gorgeous beach sun sets.
