Belle Vue on Beachcomber takes it's name from the beautiful ocean views you get when you enter the main bedroom and front deck of this unique beach house located less than 50 meters from the ever popular YCW Beach. Visitors can also enjoy a short stroll across to Smiths Beach, which is patrolled over the peak holiday season. Belle Vue offers an idyllic escape for family and friends to enjoy all Smiths Beach and Phillip Island has to offer.

Please note: MINIMUM BOOKING periods apply to peak holiday periods including Christmas holidays (24th December - 28th January) (5 night), Easter holidays (4 nights) , MotoGP (4 nights), V8 supercars (3 nights) and otherwise a 2 night minimum stay.

Please note: CHECK IN is after 2pm on day of arrival and CHECK OUT is by 10am on day of departure.

Please note: HOUSEKEEPING - We require the house to be left in a clean and tidy state including the BBQ. An additional cleaning or damage fee will be charged after check out if terms and conditions are not met. A fee will be deducted from the bond if excessive cleaning is required.

Please note: RENTAL CONDITIONS - We do not accept bookings for end of school celebrations, bucks parties, end of season trips, or party venue. Strict noise regulations will be enforced in accordance with the EPA regulations of Victoria (after 10pm Sunday - Thursday and 11pm Friday - Saturday.

Please note: PETS - Pets are welcome however, there is no fenced off yard on the property. There is a secure deck space with shelter from the sun/rain where pets can be safely kept while you are out enjoying all that Phillip Island has to offer.

Great family break in awesome location!

Perfect house in a great location for 2 adults, 2 kids and dog. Close to beach, and a short walk to cafe & Smiths. Clean and had everything we needed.

Loved our stay Belle Vue

We stayed over the Easter weekend 2024. The house was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. Not to mention the location was fabulous. Our kids had the best time playing with the games in between hitting the beach which is a 30sec walk. Highly recommend this lovely home.

Lovely quiet spot with beach view from balcony

We love this spot! Great spot next to he beach, awesome spot if you just want to dip your feet in the ocean anytime of day. The house has been nicely renovated (especially bathrooms) and had everything you could need while staying including hotel style soaps /shampoos/toothbrushes etc... We stayed during the unprecedented power outages and the host Rhonda was amazingly accommodating

Our first family plus dog weekend away. Close to beach, master bedroom with a good view, so nice to wake up to and also watch the sun set. House had everything needed. Nicely set up. Thanks Rhonda, from the moment we booked the process was clear and simple. Kids have already asked when can we go again.

Friends get together

Nice family stay. Improved cleaning required Dead animal smell on arrival, discovered mouldy chops in top of oven from previous people. Fallen Spider webs. Close to beach, good views of beach from master bedroom.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!Booked 4 night stay, contacted host upon waking the first morning as we'd noticed the fridge wasn't keeping food cold enough (food inside fridge was between 11-13 degrees, measured with a brand new thermometer purchased when we noticed the problem) which is an unsafe temperature. Host sent her neighbour over to turn fridge off and on which did nothing but further interrupt our stay.We had to throw out ALL perishable food we'd brought from Melbourne and treck into Cowes on a busy long weekend to repurchase - extremely disappointing, not to mention costly!Beyond the fridge, the property presented a range of other issues, some of which include:- Scrunched toilet-paper wrapper on a windowsill- Sanitary-pad wrapper on the bunk room floor- BBQ was extremely dirty and required substantial cleaning before use- Fireplace had not been emptied- No suitable place to hang washing; outdoor line obstructed by a dead tree- Dining-chair leg bent and unstable- Cobwebs on outdoor furniture and throughout the house- Bathrooms not thoroughly cleaned (including hair on the shower walls)- Kitchenware dirty and required rewashing; several chipped or cracked crockery itemsHost mentioned property hadn't been rented for some time, but the state of the property suggested it hadn't been properly checked or prepared before our arrival. Feedback shared directly with host to try and reach a resolution, however every single concern raised was dismissed.

Perfect location for everything. the surf beach was 3 houses away, the teens could walk to the cafe and cowes was under 10 min drive away. The house itself was clean and spacious for our family we would definitely stay again.

Belle Vue on Beachcomber-

This was a lovely holiday home well set up and plenty of room for every one including our cavoodle. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. The welcome gift of a bottle of wine was a lovely touch. so close to the beach. Close to all activities we wanted to attended.

Relaxing island getaway!

We had a lovely stay at Rhoda’s Belle Vue. As a family of 5 with 3 young kids we wanted somewhere to stay close to the beach and Rhonda’s place ticked all the boxes. It was clean, has high ceilings, air con in the living and master bedrooms and even a seperate TV retreat space. We loved watching the sunsets from the master bedroom or from the look out just down the road. It really was a stay worthy of 5 stars. We’ll be back for sure.
