Villa Vigna - Gorgeous Mountain View with Private Pool!
Villa Vigna's breathtaking.
From the moment you walk in and see the grand entrance into the living area, to your walk out onto the back patio with a 180 view of mountains in front of you with nothing between you and your view except for the properties personal vineyard that slopes off into the gorgeous landscape.
Not many places have that special once in a lifetime "wow" moment, but you will when you see the view when you are relaxing in the pool with a Wine Glass in your hand, you will know what we mean. After a dip in the pool you can transfer over to the hot tub and have the stress melt away as you have good conversations and talk about they great time you had at the wineries.
Now onto some details.
This gorgeous home sleeps 10 (per Riverside County Ordinance) with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths.
There are 4 bedrooms and a private media room. Two bedrooms have queen beds and pull out single twin beds. One bedroom has bunk queen beds. The media room has a pull out king sleeper. The master bedroom has a California king with pull out super queen sleeper. The sitting room has a pull out queen sleeper. All sleepers are top of the line American Leather Comfort Sleepers. Linen is provided for all regular beds and the king sleeper for all guests. Please request linen for all of the other sleepers prior to your arrival so that it will be ready for you.
Pool (Heat costs extra, cost varies according to weather; Propane cost is charged. The deposit is dependent upon estimated propane needed to heat pool. Pool temperature is increased one degree with 4 gallons of propane. Pool may be less than 50 degrees in the winter and propane cost varies between 3 and 5 dollars per gallon or more. 1000 to 3000.00 deposit required dependent upon water and air temperature; final cost is cost of actual propane used; any excess paid will be refunded.)
Spa (2 hours per day- additional heating can be purchased). Spa hours 8am to 10pm. Spa control is remote.
Air conditioning provided between 72 and 78 degrees.
Outdoor firepit is available for a propane charge of 100 per night.
Quiet hours are from 945pm-8am. (We respect our neighbors, please help us in doing so by abiding by county rules).
There are to be no parties and no amplified music.
Strict quiet hours between 945pm and 800am.
Occupancy is limited to 10 people with 4 additional non-overnight guests.
No smoking indoors on this property. If you must smoke, feel free to take a stroll outside the property and up and down the winery lined streets.
Outdoor music is prohibited.
