The chalet is a duplex style home with two levels. The guests have access to ONLY the UPPER LEVEL. The UPPER level of the home has it's own private entrance

● There are other tenants in the separate apartment on the property in their own unit so be mindful of noise, please!
● Check-in is after 3:00 pm
● Check out is at 10:00 am
● No shoes in the house
● Please do not drag luggage to avoid ruining the hardwood floor
● No food on the couch or in the bedrooms to not stain the sheets and linens
● No smoking, rugs, cannabis or illegal substances anywhere on the property. It will result in a $250 fine.

Green bins for recycling
Brown for Compost (Do NOT throw this in black bins)
Black for other garbage
●We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.

The check-in was very smooth. The place was very clean and exactly as described. The location is amazing. The patio and BBQ area are very nice. The only small issue we had was with the portable AC in the living room. We had to drain it multiple times. It is better to attach a hose to the drain valve so it does not stop.

Cozy and Relaxing

A great getaway for the family in mid-January. Unique layout made the place cozy and fun. The location is great. Isolated enough to get that winter wonderland feeling but also close enough for quick trips to town and Tremblant resort. Would also consider this a great place to book in the summer.

Lovely Golf course and mountain view home

Was large, with 2 decks, lots of space 2 baths, large kitchen and dinning and all the appliances and dishes/cutlery you need. Great host we met as well on one day. Would heartily recommend.

The amazing place. . extremely clean and has everything in it.

Impressive place and would recommend everyone to come and stay here. They took care of small small things.. I was not expecting it to be a 5 star place with all amenities... better than a hotel. Netflix movies games BBQ Thank u for making it an amazing experience for us. Only thing I would ask you to have an AC or at least some fans.

Golf trip

Location was good , house/cottage was nice.. the Main A/C was always turning off.. it’s also acting like a humidifier.. it’s always full of water and you don’t have a hose connected to drain it.. it would need more dish towel to clean and wipe dishes.. The main thing we didn’t like was the cameras all over.. I understand the process behind it BUT you’re still invading my /group privacy.. Overall you have a nice place..👍 Chris..:)..👍

The best thing about this chalet was the well planned bedroom arrangements that made it possible to comfortably accommodate a big family. The chalet size was perfect for a long weekend with family who all enjoyed a relaxing stay. Two downsides: 1. Maybe not as important since the goal is to disconnect, but needs to be done about the internet because we lost it frequently during our stay. 2. The street is pitch dark at night so you don’t want to get caught arriving after sundown. The street sign can be missed off the route 119. Well-lit roads and signage are generally a problem in Mont Tremblant so be warned to drive very slowly or better, avoid arriving in the dark to your destination the first time.

Overall great stay but a few things...

The listing indicates that this is a duplex property and the other tenant is completely separate. This is not entirely true. The dwelling is upstairs from another tenant and there is a third unit in a separate building (total of 3 on the property). If you are a quiet traveller, then this shouldn't be a problem, but I did feel on edge with small kids trying to keep them at a respectable noise level. I also have to second what another December 2021 traveller said in that the DVD remote in the living room was MIA, which meant no Netflix. If you know French, then basic cable shouldn't be a problem. But we do not, so it was a challenge to find English programming during Apres-Ski. Also the stairs to the unit could use more TLC as they were caked in ice and snow with only a flimsy plastic shovel on hand to try and break it up. A metal shovel and salt would be a good addition to the unit. All that being said, the unit was very nice inside. Clean from top down. Nice additional amenities like toilet paper, dishwashing pods, paper towels were left so there was no need to go out grocery shopping immediately. Owner was very responsive to inquiries especially at check-in. Thank you for the great stay.

Necessite un grand menage complet mur et plancher et drain de la douche. Literie propre et chambre saptieuse. Lit dans la mezanine pour enfants resteint pour adulte a cause du pieds de lit . Bien situé prÚs des services et a 7 min de st jovite et 7 min de la ville piétonniere de mont tremblant. Air climatisé dans les chambres et une portable dans le salon qui doit etre vider tres fréquemment vu l'humidité. Appareil électroménager en bon ordre. Pas de lumiere dans la hotte de poele. Courriel envoyer pour une problématique et résolu dans lheure qui suit. Gens aimable et courtois se sont présentés pour nous apporter ce qui manquait. Sur la photo on voit un grille pain four qui nest pas la. La porte patio ne barre pas seulement la moustiquaire nous avons mit un manche de porte poussiere pour se rassurer.Manque de baton pour ouvrir et fermer les stores. Le tapis dans les escaliers necessite un grand menage.
