About this property

This newly decorated condo has all the comforts of home including a brand new kitchen with granite counter tops and a luxurious tile walk-in shower. The master suite has been totally remodeled with a wooden floor and a flat screen TV. Enjoy beautiful gulf breezes from the privacy of your balcony and experience Florida at it's best. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 6 guests in the condo. As a guest of John's Pass Condo's you will have access to our office services which include printing boarding passes, sending and receiving faxes as well as receive and send personal mail from our office. Our friendly staff will do their best to accommodate any requests or concerns you may have during your vacation. Please come and enjoy the beautiful beach and soothing warm breezes as well as the local attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and fishing charters directly across the street from our condos. Coin operated washers and dryers are located on each floor. This is a non- smoking accommodation.

Hidden fees

As far as the condo it was fine, although it did have a broken lamp, a very hard to flush toilet, broken blinds on sliding doors. And although we were told it had a k-cup type coffee maker it didn’t. BTW if you plan on doing laundry bring change as it doesn’t have W/D. Our main complaint was that it ended up costing way more than posted. Beware of hidden fees like $$“linen fees” along with $$$cleaning fee and a $$booking fee. Does washing linens really cost $$then why so much for cleaning a very small condo? We unfortunately were only able to stay one night instead of 2 due to “possible” hurricane. (So cleaning was even less). We would expect some kind of discount/refund, we have reached out to owner and no response yet.

Sisters getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandy Shores! It is in a great location right across from Johns Pass boardwalk and right on the beach. Very neat and clean property. This was a great place for relaxing sister time after losing both parents in the last year and a half. Would love to come back!

Awesome vacation.

Had a great 2 week stay. Johns Pass directly across the street, all kinds of bars, restaurants, shops......pool area is awesome, chairs in the sun, some in shade and a couple of little tiki huts , then walk right out on the beach !!!!! The condo had all convenience of home, will stay again in the near future.
