"Sun Daze" Beachfront w/ Outdoor Putting Green
"Sun Daze" by Holiday Beach Rentals is a beachfront dream home. Located in the beautiful Panama City Beach, yet close enough to enjoy the attractions of the famous 30A. Featuring a private pool, six spacious bedrooms, unique décor, and an ocean view, this home is truly a gem. Sun Daze is equipped with all the personal touches of home. This home is perfect for large or multiple families to enjoy the beauty of Panama City Beach.
Step inside where you will find on the 1st floor a sitting room with a large, flat screen TV, a refrigerator, half bath and a kitchenette. Head out the back door to relax around the pool area. The spacious back deck has plenty of space for sun bathing, grilling on the charcoal grill, or watching the waves.
The large 2nd floor of the home includes the main living area, a half bath, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and dining space. The large dining table will seat ten guests as well as an additional five at the counter. The great open floor plan allows everyone to join and be part of the group. The living area contains a sliding glass door that leads to an outdoor balcony with more seating and a wonderful ocean view. Located on this level is one king bedroom and one queen over king bunk bedroom with en-suites. Enjoy the picturesque sunsets from this level.
Up on the 3rd floor you will find two exceptional king masters with en-suites and flat screen TVs. Both bedrooms have pristine views of the ocean and sliding glass doors that lead out to the top floor, furnished, balcony. Relax upstairs in the additional TV sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa. The 3rd floor also has a custom bunk nook with a full/twin/twin bunk set. Unwind in the king or queen over king bunk room with en-suites and flat screen TVs. Also located on the 3rd floor is the laundry room.
A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
You have direct beach access through a shared boardwalk with our other private rental houses, right next door!

Sun Daze requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:

Summer: May 23 - August 1 (Saturday-Saturday)
A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember:
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.
Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.
Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.
