High expectations exceeded on Captiva

We had high expectations for the location and property at South Seas Land's End and were pleased that our expectations were met and exceeded. The property was as nice as the photos and the location was excellent. The furniture was ample, attractive and comfortable. Close to the water, walking distance to the beach, yet very peaceful. We will return for a longer stay next year.

Beyond Amazing

If you are on the fence, let this be the push that makes you book it. From the first moment you open the door to the last time you close it to head home - it will be absolutely perfect. The rooms are decorated beautifully. The upstairs suite is breathtaking. Incredibly clean and well maintained. Close to everything within the resort. A couple minutes walk to the beach or the marina - we walked everywhere. The pool is private and we had it to ourselves every time we went. Make sure to check out RC Otters and Doc Fords - wonderful food. This location allows you to be close to everything and isolated all at once. Just do it!! Best vacation ever.

Spring Break with college age and teen children.

Overall, this place is amazing. Very tastefully decorated, fully equipped kitchen, nice linens, etc. The location was perfect, and the view was gorgeous. Convenient to bike anywhere on the island. It had a great feel and I hope to come back again.
