The Easy Breezy was comfortable and family and pet friendly. Enough space for all to have their privacy and yet come together for meals and games. Beautiful views and enough activity in the beach yet still felt peaceful and private. We hit a great week of good weather !!!

We love this cabin! The beds are comfortable, it's clean and VERY well appointed in the kitchen (more appliances and utensils/tools than I have at home - everything you could want!) but best of all, it's easy for my whole family to enjoy the living room area - there's ample comfortable seating for everyone, which is hard to do!

Great location. Easy access to the beach and great views. Loved the beach towels and great kitchen stocked with good pans etc for all our meals. Paige was our POC for any issues. She responded very quickly when we realized an hour into our drive back home, we left a bag of cloths and personal items in a closet in one of the rooms. Very thankful of the great housekeeping staff to make sure the bag got to a locked closet till the owner could work with us on shipping it back. Very thankful to the team for helping make this a great experience for us.

Stormy Sanctuary

4 adults and 2 boys under 6. The weather ended up being horrible - 50mph winds, rain, and highs of 55. Thank goodness this house had everything to keep us entertained! Video games, yard games, so many areas to lounge, beautiful views that we didn’t even need to venture out to enjoy. When the weather did break, we could walk to the beach or enjoy a bevy outside on the covered porch or downstairs patio. It made a miserable weather weekend so, so fun!

The house and owners are amazing. House is very clean and nicely decorated. Owners have added their own touches with a welcome gift for guests and their pets as well as thinking of just about everything anyone could need on their trip. Nice fenced in yard for pets and children. Easy check in and check out instructions. Great views and location. Will definitely be staying with them again. I feel like this will be our main go to house from now on.

The house is perfect! Decorated super cute and very clean. The view is great too as they have not built anything across the street so it is like being Ocean front. The only thing I would suggest is buying a Pizza cutter. We had a bunch of kiddos and had allot of frozen pizza to cut up with a knife LOL-:))))

Beach beauty! Inside and out. Comfortable beds, cozy family room and stocked kitchen appliances!

Thank you for a great vacation! 2nd year at Easy Breezy and hopefully back next summer. Maybe a little house maintenance needed; kitchen faucet leaks and upstairs bathroom shower handles wobbly. One of the upstairs double beds is missing a caster, bunk room light bulb needs to be changed and master bedroom, curtain rod looked unhinged slightly. We did find upstairs water bug (roach) and master bathroom water bug (roach). But still a beautiful home by far! Love the new sectional couch and upgraded washer and dryer. Thanks again for letting us stay!

Work On Customer Service

First of all, the house and location was GREAT!! I have a concern with the owner. My family and I booked this house during Christmas break(December 2022) when parts of Crystal beach had a power outage. We arrived at the beach house around 7 that night. Around midnight the power went out. We were able to communicate with the host(GREAT) and she said that the power should be back on tomorrow morning around 11:30am. It was really late so we just covered up and stayed for the night. The next morning, the power did not come on. We spoke with the host and she said the power will not be on until later on in the evening. Which we found out the power did not come on until 2 days later. At that time we decided to leave because we had our 74 year old mother with us and the home was getting colder. When communicating with the Evolve Team (GREAT) the owner allowed us to come up with 4 different date changes to come back to the home with our family. My family and I are educators, so we were able to come up with 4 different dates that worked for all of us. The Evolve Team comes back and communicates that the owner can not accept ANY of those 4 different dates because the nights during that time frame are roughly $900+ a night meaning there will be additional funds needed from me. We did get our money refunded back to us besides the cleaning and damage fee. Thank you Evolve Team for your goodwill. However, I felt like the owner was all about profit not customer service. Please have more value in your guest; think about what truly matters when determining your guest worth.
