Relax and unwind in this remodeled home. Located across the street from the ocean you are steps from the beach. Light, bright and airy with a cathedral ceiling and an open floor plan, this home is perfect for gatherings of family or friends. The kitchen comes fully equipped and will make even a gourmet chef smile. The dining room table seats six with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar.

With three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room this home can sleep six comfortably. No attention to detail is spared with granite kitchen counters, hardwood floors, a Carrara walk in marble shower and heated floors in both baths. Settle back at the end of the day with a roaring fire and a movie on the big screen TV. The house is equipped with Cable TV, Roku and Spectrum 1 Gig WiFi. For those looking for something quieter, retire to the game room and choose from among the large selection of games and puzzles provided.

For your comfort, down pillows, down comforters and high end linens have been provided. All bedrooms have their own flat screen TVs with a PlayStation, games and DVDs in the "Kid's Bedroom."

Beautiful!

This is a great location close to both beach and town. The house is simple with everything you need, including a fireplace for cozy evenings. The kitchen was well-stocked and nice to use; our intergenerational group of 6 loved every minute here.

Lovely weekend in Manzanita

The location of the house is perfect because we love walking around Manzanita! It's a quick walk from the house to the beach and easy to walk into town, too. The house was clean and a good size for our group of 5. We loved the heated bathroom floors, the kitchen had enough space, we enjoyed using the wood fireplace and hanging out in the main room, and the beds were comfortable.

Great short stay

Six family members had a super time together in the house that was so well equipped for cooking, sleeping and relaxing. Close to the beach but no view of the ocean. Loved Manzanita as a destination, unspoiled and rustic. Would hope to return.

Comfortable, well appointed and well equipped!

Impressed by the quality of the renovation - nice kitchen with everything you could want, nice prints on the walls, lots of wood - ceilings and doors, bathrooms small but well appointed. Short walk over the dunes to the beach and also walkable to town. Nice quiet location. We would definitely come again.

Great place! Only negative - wish we would of had a view of the ocean from the house…….. but the beach was only a five minute walk away so all is good.

Lovely Cottage

Very beautifully update cottage with close beach access. Quite neighborhood still close to Manzanita, golf cousre and state park where you can rent horses for a ride on the beach. Easy day trips to Cannon Beach and Tillamook. Great hikes at state parks up and down HWY 101. Would definitely recommend!

Another Great Stay in Manzanita

This is our fifth year in a row coming to stay at this property. The house is cozy, clean and surprisingly big. The location is perfect - across from the beach and a short walk to town. The property manager is easy to work with. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. We can't wait to come back and stay again!

Sweet little stay

This is a very nice, clean property. It was really well stocked with everything you need. Lots of games and toys for the kiddo (we had a two year old). There is a path at the end of the street that leads to the beach.

Perfect Manzanita stay

I wish we could give 6 stars. This is our second stay here, and we look forward to staying again. Everything about the house is beautiful and the furnishings are top notch. The location is perfect, quiet with a great view and a 10 min walk to the shops and restaurants on Laneda. Thank you, Jill, for providing such a lovely experience for your guests.

Great!

Very clean, well stocked house with a short walk to a quiet and beautiful beach. Can just barely see the water but no view of the sand/waves. My wife and two kids had a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend. Beds were comfy, kitchen with lots of supplies and a nice little play area/game space on a lower level by the kitchen for the kids. 5/5 would recommend.

Perfect beach house.

This property was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. It's hard to find pet free properties, so we appreciate this one. It is very well appointed and has the the perfect beach house charm. The neighborhood is very quiet, except for some construction going on on a couple of the houses close by, but it did not bother us and they should be done soon. There is a trail to the beach right outside of the house. The home has a grassy backyard, which had two rabbits in it that entertained us daily. The bed in the master was very comfortable. We were able to walk into town in about ten minutes time, and it's just around the corner from the golf course. This is a place we would like to return to for sure.

Second time staying at Jill's fabulous property.Best part is it's quiet! Very well appointed, lots of super soft towels, everything you would need in the kitchen and the sound of waves on the beach. Centrally located for day trips to both the Tillamook and Cannon Beach area. Loved hanging on the front deck.

What can I say? Everything was perfection - location, fixtures, owner (great on communications) - and it's like staying in your own house. Kid friendly is putting it mildly - there is an entire kid room with a big table and tons of games and toys. Croquet set (big backyard), beach toys, lots of kid CDs and screens, Bluetooth speaker... The owner and her husband took an older, rather non-descript house, and took the interior down to the rafters, i so everything inside is new and shiny. But it's not excessively large like lots of neighboring houses - just right for my wife and I, and the 3 young grandkids and their parents. It's on a street with virtually no traffic, trail to the beach (steep dune), and an easy walk to downtown, which we did almost every day. If you know Canon Beach, this is much more low key. There's a spirit of generosity that's obvious - the owner wants you to have a good time, and of course we did.

Always great - year after year

We have stayed here many years in a row and always have a great time. The house is always clean and comfortable and you can't beat the location, close to the beach and on a quiet street. Nothing better than opening the windows and listening to the waves crash as you go to sleep every night.

Manzanita stay

We had a wonderful time at Jill‘s place. It was well appointed , spacious and had everything that we wanted or needed. There’s easy access to the beach and to town as well. We could walk to each easily. We had one minor issue which Jill dealt with immediately Graciously and very fairly. This was our second day and we will stay again. We would highly recommend this home.
