Designed by a renowned Street of Dreams builder, this beautiful home beckons with its relaxed entertaining options, ideal location, and five-star luxury.

The large great room with soaring 20-foot ceilings and abundant natural light serves as the cornerstone of the home. Anchored by a majestic rock wall fireplace, the great room features comfortable oversized seating surrounding an artist-commissioned etched glass coffee table. The open floor plan ensures that all guests can relax and enjoy time together.

None of the chefs in your party will be able to resist the gourmet kitchen, with its professional-grade appliances, double oven, quartz countertops, and full array of tools that make it easy to create delicious meals. The expansive dining room table seats up to 10, with three more spots available at the wooden bar. You can also take advantage of the gas BBQ and outdoor sitting area just off the dining room and kitchen.

Villa Manzanita comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Those who are lucky enough to stay in the spacious master spa suite on the first floor will be treated to a double-sided fireplace, a soaking tub, a walk-in steam shower, and direct access to the professionally maintained hot tub outside. The king-sized pillow-topped mattress is wrapped in fine Belgian linens.

Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms and a roomy bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two of these bedrooms have a queen-sized pillow-topped mattress; one of these two includes an en suite vanity, while the other offers incredible ocean views. The third bedroom provides options for four more guests—two twin beds and a Captain’s bed.

At the heart of the upstairs floor sits a second spacious family room overlooking the dining area below. Its comfy wraparound couch has space enough for everyone to kick back and enjoy a favorite movie or sports channel on the 65-inch flat-screen TV with a soundbar and Blu-Ray player. And the game table in the room is perfect for all your board game and puzzle enthusiasts. Guests can also enjoy free WiFi during their stay.

Walk out the door to enjoy seven miles of beautiful, sandy beach and/or the town’s variety of charming shops, coffee houses, restaurants, and markets. You can even get world-class pampering down the street at Spa Manzanita. Hop in the car, and you’re minutes away from hiking Neahkahnie Mountain or Ecola State Park; fishing, crabbing, kayaking, clamming, and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) in Nehalem Bay; surfing at Short Sands Beach, and golfing at nearby Manzanita Golf Course or Alderbrook Golf Course.

- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please be aware that both Wi-Fi and cell phone coverage on the Oregon Coast can be limited and may experience interruptions due to our geographical location.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce it. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
