The Space:
This generous 2 bedroom apartment is surrounded by incredible views so you can enjoy them from every room.
The large open living space is elegant and inclusive, filled with warm natural light and sophisticated furnishings, its a relaxing open area to connect with yourself and your guests.
The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite meal, try a new recipe or bake a cake! The marble bench doubles as a bar with leaners on the other side so you can enjoy your guests company while you cook. Serve dinner at the lovely dining table as the sun goes down and the glowing sunset hues fill the apartment.
The bedrooms have ample space, storage and stunning city views. The beds are incredibly dreamy and accompanied by high quality linen providing that crisp, sun kissed felling. The black out blinds will help you get a restful and uninterrupted sleep so you wake up rejuvenated and ready for the day ahead.
The master bedroom has a generous ensuite with a bath and shower.
There is plentiful work space throughout the apartment including a desk in the second bedroom.
The building has hotel like facilities that you can enjoy with a gym, indoor pool and sauna.
Guest Access:
The whole apartment is yours to enjoy!
The pool, sauna and gym are shared with other Metropolis guests.
*Note* This apartment does have a contactless check in procedure - This means you will need to collect the key from an external location that is about two hundred metres away from the apartment. The detailed instructions on how to retrieve & return the keys will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your check in, please ensure you read this before beginning the check in process!
The Neighborhood:
The Metropolis is located in the heart of the city, with highlights and conveniences at every corner making exploring effortless.
Enjoy a walk in lush albert park on your way to the art gallery or go down to Queen St for a shopping spree.
Commercial Bay and Britomart are just a 5-minute walk, you can find shopping for all ages and tastes at these hot spots, you will stumble upon hundreds of food and dining options with great takeaway choices at Harbour Eats in Commercial Bay and fine dining experiences in Britomart. If you're wanting to escape the city hop on a ferry to Waiheke for exquisite beaches and wine tasting.
The Sky Tower and federal St dining precinct is up the road where you can enjoy a hip tourist vibe and fantastic views of the wider Auckland area if you make it up the tower!
The Viaduct is a 10 minute walk from the metropolis offering a bustling and vibrant energy with fine dining restaurants, bars and nightlife.
Getting Around:
This metropolis is right in the middle of town perfect walking distance to man city attractions. If you prefer not to walk there are public transport option all around the city that will take you near or far, the city link bus is great for helping you get around the immediate CBD. The transport hub is in Britomart with trains and buses going in every direction, the ferry terminal is also in this area.
We recommend using Ubers in the city, they are well priced and efficient especially when catching within the CBD.

Please ensure all lights are turned off when you leave the apartment, and the windows are closed and the door securely locked behind you. The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any of the guests' property while the guest is onsite.
Also, please note that you will be responsible for yourselves and your guests and will take all necessary care and precautions to ensure their safety at all times and you agree that any damages will be your sole responsibility and the owners and Urban Butler are exempt from all actions, claims, suits, demands, costs and damages arising from any loss or damages suffered to or by any person or property caused by the use of the premises by you or your guests.
Please also note, that any lost keys will be charged for and if you lock yourselves out, the cost of a spare key to be delivered in office hours will be borne by you. Out of hours fees will also apply.
Bond:
A security bond is held for any incidental damage or charges. Please inform us of any issues.
Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.
Lost Keys:
Keys and swipes are expensive, please be careful with them. If lost we will need to claim the cost from your security bond.
Left Luggage:
Unfortunately, we cannot store luggage at the apartment. There are a couple of options for leaving your luggage around the CBD before your check-in time of 3pm. The best option is The Luggage Hotel at 145 Quay Street (Shed 23 Princes Wharf) - www.theluggagehotel.com Another left luggage solution is available at the downtown Ferry Building, located on Quay Street. Ask the staff at the service desk for assistance. The last suitable option for smaller luggage is the self-service locker at the Britomart train station located on Commerce Street.
No parties or noise after 10pm:
Please respect your neighbours. Security call out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 4 people to stay at the apartment.

See separate document in the apartment for your convenience.
Fire and Evacuation Procedures:
Please refer to the procedures on the back of the apartment door.
