The Space:
Located in the sought after and infamous Viaduct area, this fantastic 2-bedroom apartment is your invitation to elegant, exciting and convenient city living, providing access to some of Auckland’s best amenities at your doorstep. You will find delectable food and fun vibes all through the viaduct and Wynyard quarter or enjoy an evening stroll around to the west haven marina for a wholesome evening watching the sunset. Despite the incredible city centre location the complex is very quiet and peaceful, overlooking its own beautiful private landscaped park (The Parc) of 1 acre, exclusive to residents, including the pool and other recreational facilities.
The apartment is incredibly spacious and well appointed, the sophisticated interiors and beautiful earthy tones throughout emanate the tranquil energy of the space and complex. The living area is open and very generous with indoor/outdoor flow to the large balcony, providing a lovely and light space for you to connect with your guests. The balcony features a dining table and some separate sitting chairs for you to enjoy a drink, nibbles or a meal with your guests, please feel free to use the dining chairs from inside if you need more (they are the same chairs). The balcony is bathed in sun in the afternoons so the perfect place to unwind, you can head down to the pool to cool off or soak up the last of the sun.
The lounge area is a warm and inviting space to connect with friends and family. There is a smart TV with streaming apps and live TV for you to enjoy on those rainy days or quiet nights (streaming app accounts are not provided).
The uber spacious, full kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite meal or impress your guests with a new recipe. There are bar leaners at the kitchen bench so your guests can keep you company while you are cooking.
The bedrooms are both heavenly sleep sanctuary’s, with dreamy beds equipped with high quality linens, bedding and black out blinds to help you get a restful nights sleep. They both have access to a little back balcony that has a stunning view of the sky tower. The master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a large closest so you can unpack your bags and really feel at home.
There is a laundry cupboard in the hallway with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience during your stay, we do provide laundry detergent as well.
Guest Access:
The whole apartment is yours to enjoy, including an allocated car park on site.
The complex facilities are available to you during your stay as well this includes the pool, spa, sauna and gym.
*Note* This apartment does have a contactless check in procedure - This means you will need to collect the key from an external location that is a few hundred metres away from the apartment. The detailed instructions on how to retrieve & return the keys will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your check in, please ensure you read this before beginning the check in process!
The Neighborhood:
The Viaduct is a prime location in the CBD, with buzzing restaurants, bars and nightlife surrounding the marina - it's a vibrant treat! There are many highlights and conveniences neighbouring the Viaduct making it a breeze for you to explore the best parts of the city.
See the immediate area by foot or scooter, zoom across the bridge to Wynyard Quarter and Silo Park where you will find cafes and bars, the fish market, a basketball court and playground for the kids!
Commercial Bay and Britomart are just a 5-minute walk, you can find shopping for all ages and tastes at these hot spots, you will stumble upon hundreds of food and dining options with great takeaway choices at Harbour Eats in Commercial Bay and fine dining experiences in Britomart.
Getting Around:
The location is fantastic for walking and exploring the nearby attractions, with beautiful walks along the waterfront, the viaduct basin, Wynyard quarter and west haven marina all leading you to spectacular views with restaurants along the way.
If you need to get further out of the city there are bus stops all around with multiple destinations and the Britomart transport hub only a 5-minute walk with trains and buses going in every direction near and far.
We recommend using Ubers in the city, they are well priced and efficient especially when catching within the CBD.

Infants:
Cots and high chairs are available to guests on request.
Keys & Lock-Out Policy
Any keys not returned to us on your check-out date will be charged in full, along with the cost of replacing the lock(s) to the property (if necessary). If you lose your keys, or lock them in the property during your stay, we will make every attempt to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.
If outside of business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm), we will charge you with a minimum call-out fee of $100+ GST as well as any other costs incurred in enabling you to access the apartment again and replacing lost keys.
Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.
No parties or noise after 10pm:
Please respect your neighbors. Security call out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 4 people to stay at the apartment.

We are not onsite however are available via call and email if you need help :)
