Double Booked

Unfortunately we never got to stay at the apartment we booked and prepaid for, back in July. Apparently the booking was not recorded - a breakdown of communications somewhere - and we were left hunting Auckland for last minute accommodation at 5:30 on a Friday night. The owner was very unhelpful and unapologetic. Would advise against booking here.

Great location

Good property, minimal kitchen utensils for a family, nil dessert/cereal plates, bowls tongs etc. Otherwise okay.

Bad Instructions

The communication with the property manager was terrible. He sent us instructions that were like a puzzle to figure out. We did finally get in. One of the bed legs were broken and not even attempted to be fixed. The shower nozzle was also broke. The view was amazing, so what could have been great was disappointing. A few thing that could have been fixed pretty easy, changed the experience.

Awesome place to stay - views are outstanding! Just a couple of minor suggestions, would be great to have bowls for cereal and wine glasses :-) Highly recommended accomodation A++
