This condo has a very well equipped kitchen and the condo development is super. very friendly neighbours. The property manager is withholding the deposit that was made to cover the cost of electricity claiming that a sofa cover was so soiled as to need replacement. The cost is coincidentally almost exactly the amount left on our deposit after the electricity cost is deducted. The property manager also has no contact check and I wasn't wise enough to take photos of some details and now I wish I had due to the excessive amount they are claiming for cleaning.

Doug was not an appropriate match for our property. While he was amiable and we appreciated our conversations with him, his stay marked the most challenging experience we have encountered in this condominium. Upon entering the unit, we were overwhelmed by the state of disarray, feeling both nauseated and distressed. He left the premises in a deplorable condition, which included soiled & stained sofa, sheets, bedcovers and dirty carpets, Resulting in an unnecessarily extensive cleanup process for us. With over a decade of hosting experience, we can confidently say this was the most unsanitary situation we have faced. Throughout his stay, he repeatedly disregarded our house rules, even after specific reminders. His lack of consideration and cleanliness is evident. We were compelled to purchase new sofa cover, pillow covers, area carpets and replace numerous items. Regrettably, we cannot recommend him to other hosts. He would be better suited to a motel setting. Exercise caution.

Un séjour parfait au Estrella del mar. tout à très bien débuté avec des instructions précises reçues de Go Punta Cana(GPN). Transport de l’aéroport effectué par un chauffeur de confiance recommandé par GPN. Victor monte nos valises au troisième. Condo très grand et propre. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Il ne manque de rien. Puisqu’il s’agit de condo nous ne savons pas si tous les condos sont aussi bien équipés mais le G-5 est parfait. Petits détails d’accueil, des filtres à café pour le mois, un sac de glaçons purifiés, savons à vaisselle etc. Les matelas sont de haute qualité. Vous vous croyez chez vous. L’entretien du jardin et de la piscine est impeccable. Un jardinier y travaille à temps plein. Si vous passez près de lui avec un sac à vidanges il vous l’enlèvera des mains avec un grands sourire. À notre départ, nous voyant descendre nos valises, il est accouru pour le faire à notre place.les propriétaires des condos voisins sont charmants et très tranquilles. Le quartier est sécuritaire tout comme l’œstrale del mar surveillé 24/7 par des agents de sécurité. Trois balcons vous permettent de décider d’être assis paisiblement à l’ombre ou au soleil. La plage n’est pas très loin. Pour les déplacements plus longs, l’autobus est au coin de la rue. Un dépanneur est également au coin de la rue. Vous pourrez y acheter votre eau au 5 gallons qu’on vous livrera gratuitement. Les réservoirs en consigne sont déjà dans le condo, il n’y a qu’à faire l’échange. Bref un séjour extraordinaire facilité par le très grand professionnalisme de Go Punta Cana.À l’an prochain

The apartment itself was spacious and clean. Personally we didn't like the location so much as it was more off the beach and center far more than we expected. Communication with the property management was excellent. They responded very fast and were giving helpful advice.
