Sunsation Destination!! First Floor One Bedroom Villa in Runaway Beach Resort!!!

Welcome to our First Floor One bedroom Villa located in a private gated community. We are just minutes to Walt Disney World being only 2.5 miles away. Relax at the resort , bath in the heated pool or walk into fun in the Zero entry kids pool. Do it all, or do nothing at all, cause it's your vacation your way. We have washer and dryer in our villa and gym access for those who don't want to stray too far from their daily routine. Also enjoy our full kitchen to prepare family favorites or jet out just minutes away and enjoy the variety of food that Orlando has to offer. There are two sofa beds that can be opened to accommodate up to six guests during your stay.
We look forward to having you as our guest and please feel free to ask any questions that you may have so that we can ensure that you have a blessed stay while at our villa!

We have partnered with Calypso Cay that's right across the street from out Club House. Besides having our own adult pool, zero entry with water works child pool and hot tub you have these extra amenities: Free at Calypso Cay

Great little spot

Property is quaint cute and everything that was needed it was clean had no issues.The hosts even being remote were accommodating and very responsive! I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful hosts, excellent value

We had a family emergency and needed to be close to the hospital. The hotels near there were not safe looking and cost too much. We got a safe gated community with a pool and we were able to save money on food but cooking in the kitchen. We had to extend our stay last minute and the hosts worked with us to stay longer. Excellent experience, responsive hosts. We had so much to deal with the family situation but we had no worries about our accomodations. Would highly recommend for Families

Kissimmee villa review

Location is fabulous! The property was absolutely gorgeous with the man made lake and ducks. The property had a vast array of things to do! We enjoyed all the swimming pools, hot tubs, mini-golf, and basketball courts. The property was clean and stocked with essentials. I gave the overall rating a 4/5 because we were on the first floor and the neighbors above were early birds! I could hear them walking above our bedroom at 7:00. The gate number changed as well , but we were able to get a hold of the property manager pronto!

Could have been a great vacation

Very clean and for visiting Disney - location is second to none. But you need to be aware that you will be sharing your space with the neighbor above . ceiling /floor is paper thin , so you can hear everything . In our case we were unlucky, with someone that does not sleep at night - keeping us awake at noght and ruining our vacation . so we decide to leave early .

Great location, poor cleaning

Everything was great, but the house was not clean. Owners were very apologetic and responsive, but there should be better oversight of the condition of the Vrbo.

Awesome .

Far as the rooms were great . The internet needs fixing it was slow and only one person could get on at time , and cable channels needs to be the same in all rooms . Other than that it was perfect . I would stay here again . Felt safe and secure!

Why they chose this property

I started buying the Villas at Runaway Beach as I wanted to make sure my family would always have a place to stay when they planned a trip to Disney. We are great fans of Disney but they have gotten too expensive to stay on their property. I've been also purchasing other Villas at the resort so as of today I have 4.

Over the years the Resort has been popular as guests find the value of a stay well worth it. This helps them to have more money to spend on their vacation.
