New remodeled Luxury Town home overlooking the San Juan River with huge views. Talk of the Town is a custom, private end unit. Relax in the hot tub from your master bedroom balcony above the river while taking in the mountain views of the San Juans and Pagosa. Abundant deer, birds, fox, fish and more wander wildly in the wetlands and greenbelt across the river for your enjoyment. Star gaze with our telescope on those clear Pagosa nights. We have the best views on the San Juan River. Downtown is within walking distance and can be accessed from the new paved nature trail. Walk or bike to the world famous Hot Springs, restaurants, shopping, galleries, 4th of July parade and art festivals. During the Balloon Festival the balloons ascend across the river from your front row seat on the deck.

"Talk of the Town" has just completed a professional remodel. You can see for yourself from the photos, the numerous upgrades and attention to detail and comfort. Decorated with personal attention with furnishings that fit the Colorado mountain experience!

The kitchen is open to the living room that looks over the river and out to the spectacular views. Gather at the breakfast bar for a casual meal or sit in the dining room for a gourmet dinner. A second private living room/office is a comfortable getaway to watch a show, read a book or take a nap.

Great Place for Family

We have been to Pagosa Springs many times and have rented a variety of places and this one was the best. It has a great location in town and was very comfortable for my family.

This townhome has a really great location a very short drive to the main street in Pagosa, or a slightly longer walk. We were there to ski at Wolfcreek, so we did not do much in town other than eat dinner. (The food and beer at Riffraff Brewing is great; try the cabrito burger and lamb burger.) The townhome is well-kept and had plenty of space for our family of four. The hot tub is a nice feature; you can soak after a day on the slopes and look over the town. Having access to the garage was nice as well; car was warm in the morning when we headed for slopes. Beth is a great host, very attentive.

Beth is a lovely attentive host. The property and the unit is perfect. It’s beautiful three stories with the most amazing hot tub on the third story overlooking the river the stars at night it couldn’t get better.

My family and in really enjoyed staying at “The Talk of The Town”! The location was very close to town, the house was fully stocked from the kitchen, bedrooms, linens, towels (even for the hot springs) and a bbq. The house was very comfortable. We will stay again!

Wonderful stay for our daughter's wedding

Very nice condo right on the San Juan River. We really enjoyed our stay here for our daughters wedding. Very close to the hot springs and city of Pagosa. Our host, Beth was very accommodating with all of our date changes. We will stay here again when in Pagosa.

This place was absolutely perfect. It is immaculately clean, has very comfortable bedding, spectacular views, great location and an excellent stocked kitchen. All of the cooking supplies the best I’ve seen at a vacation rental. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return!

Great downtown Pagosa location right on the river

This was a great townhouse in the heart of Pagosa’s downtown area, but is also right on the river. Hot tub on the master balcony was picturesque and provided fantastic views along with the sounds of the river right below. Accommodations were very nice and included plenty of space for our family of 5, along with 2 different living spaces so the adults and kids could watch different shows at the end of the night. Very happy with this rental, and will definitely consider staying in this one again!
