Relaxation - Okanagan-style! Great for families! Close to all resort amenities!

This freshly renovated beautiful luxury four-bedroom cottage is in the La Casa Resort community and is located along a scenic lakeshore road - 30 minutes north of Kelowna, BC. Minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the city - yet it feels like hours away when you sit on one of the two large decks and unwind.

Beautifully furnished and perfectly situated between the lakefront and the amenities area. My cottage has an open-plan living area, tastefully decorated bedrooms, and a games room perfect for kids or on rainy days inside. Enough space for two families! Comfortable sleeping for 8 adults - two queen-sized beds, two twins and two sets of bunk beds.

Two huge decks are available for your outdoor enjoyment, including a BBQ, fire table and two outdoor dining areas. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front deck while you enjoy views of the surrounding mountains and views of Okanagan Lake. In the evening, relax on the secluded back deck with a glass of wine from one of the local wineries. At night, enjoy the cozy fireplace or play on the foosball table, listen to music on the built-in Bluetooth sound system, and or play a round of darts on the dartboard in the basement (please bring your own darts).

If you love cooking - you will enjoy preparing meals in this kitchen with recently-updated stainless steel appliances, lots of cooking supplies, dishes and utensils and great sightlines to the living area. Chat with the family or friends sitting at the large kitchen island. All you need to bring is your groceries!

A small pet below 25 pounds is permitted. One pet maximum and only on the lower floors. Arrangements need to be made in advance. Additional cleaning fees for pets.

Take garbage and recycling to the depot - see the resort map for directions.
Sign out of any streaming services.

Summer Family Vacation

Cottage was nicely setup to enjoy with our family. All the kids enjoyed the games room and having their own space downstairs!! Just remember to bring your own golf balls and putters for the mini golf!! The garage was extra bonus to store our mountain bikes and Seadoo

Great place to relax!

We had a wonderful time at Lacasa. The property was clean, well stocked, and about mid way up the hill from the water. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and had a new toaster delivered right away after the old one bit the dust. The only surprise to us was the drive up on Westside Road. It’s quite narrow, winding, high and in rough shape without many guard rails. Be prepared to take your drive slow, especially if hauling a boat/RV. Once you’re there it’s great!

Relaxing weekend get away

Fully stocked kitchen and home made for an easy long weekend get away to relax. Location was fairly quiet and close to Fintry Provincial Park. Overall the stay was enjoyable however five days after checking out we were notified there was a stain on a shower curtain and we would be charged. Unable to dispute this didn’t sit well with us. In retrospect we would recommend doing a walk through with the owner upon checking out to prevent this kind of situation from happening in the future.

I'm so glad that you enjoyed your stay, I strive to ensure that all of my guests have a great experience. As for the damages, you were the first guests after a full deep-clean and my cleaning service arrived the morning you checked out. There were no other guests in the cottage. The cleaning service washed the fabric shower curtain twice in an attempt to remove the stain. As this was unsuccessful, they had to drive into town to purchase a replacement and then install the new curtain. It took five days to accomplish all of this. If washing the shower curtain had resolved this issue, there would have not been any charge. In future, I will let guests know of any potential damages immediately.

Great Weather nice home

Small view of the lake from deck, missing some kitchen essentials like a garlic press, no golf cart, wear and tear on mats and furniture, dirty oven only 4 towels provided for a family of 5. Deck needs to be stained as it’s in rough shape.We had a great time but for $450+ a night I would expect a proper and complete set of all kitchen utensils in good repair and a golf cart, at least one bath towel for each person. Beds were comfy and there were extra blankets if needed. Deck is big but bad to eat inside As wasps are everywhere. Wasp traps are a necessity I would come back if there was a golf cart provided and the above was upgraded.

The Perfect Place with the most thoughtful touches.

Plenty of room in this beautiful home for 7 people and a small dog. These included 2 teenagers and a 12 year old who enjoyed the downstairs fooseball. Kitchen is fully stocked and there are thoughtful touches throughout. Chances are if you forgot something it was there. We enjoyed the BBQ, and saw a deer from the back porch. Being able to order from Save-On foods was a bonus, but the onsite market was stocked with plenty of items. Enjoyed the amenities and friendly staff on site as well. Pool, tennis, lake, cantina, ice cream. It was such a great getaway. Golf cart rental was a bonus, and a must if anyone in your party has mobility issues. The lake is not very accessible but you can get a lot closer with a golf cart than a car. Brenda mentioned the lake was rocky and appreciated that heads up. Beach was very small, but if you just want to spend most of your time in the water - not a problem. Plenty to rent from inflatables, kayaks, sup and the waterpark was nice as well. I can't say enough about how communicative and friendly Brenda was. We had all the information we needed and everything was clearly laid out. Made for a problem-free, no guesswork vacation. Will definitely recommend to anyone!

Our stay got cut a little short but the time we did spend was wonderful

Casa Resorts is a great property about a 1/2 drive up Westside Rd. But beware, the road is windy and you're best to arrive in the daytime if you're unfamiliar with driving windy roads. It took us a day or two to realize that there are pullouts to let others pass if they are going a speed you're uncomfortable with. The house itself is well stocked and well cared for. There were more dishes than we needed. Everything was very clean. We had brough inflatable kayaks and paddleboards with us and were able to store them in the garage which was great. While we were there we launched our kayaks and paddleboards off of the dock. And if you're not wanting to take everything down each time, you can bring a small bike lock and secure them to the dock. While always a bit of a drive, we did do things in the Kelowna area which made for a fun trip overall. We went to the Kangaroo Farm, did some wine tasting and some exploring. Brenda was a pleasure to deal with during a difficult time - the difficult time - we got evacuated after our 4th night due to wildfires. Which could not be predicted. We left in a hurry and ended up leaving some things behind, which Brenda helped us get back. Although we didn't get our full week in this year, we're hoping to be back!

Lovely Stay

We just enjoyed a week long stay at Brenda’s cottage. She was a great host and very easy to communicate with. The cottage is nicely decorated and well stocked with everything you need! We comfortably fit 2 families for our stay. The bedroom downstairs was a nice escape for the older teenage kids and the games room was a big hit as well. The resort itself was also very nice and lots of activities for kids and adults . Mini golf was a particularly big hit for our family. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay at Bel-La Beach House, Fintry

Bel-La Beach House is a great place to stay. The property is really well appointed with everything you need and many things most rental properties don' t think of. Brenda is incredibly responsive and a great host. We enjoyed our short time there.

I love visiting the Okanagan valley - between the lakes, the wineries and the winter sports - what's not to love!

Now that I own a little piece of the BC Interior, I thought that I should share it with others so that they could enjoy it as well.

Why they chose this property

I love the charm and character of this very 'beachy' cottage. I wanted a property that was not a cookie-cutter or sterile feeling 'hotel' type space. This is the perfect place to relax - with a book and a glass of wine overlooking the lake!

What makes this property unique

With four bedrooms - there is plenty of room for family and friends. No need to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa bed - there is room for 8 adults to sleep in proper beds.

Add in two large decks - and you have room to be together or apart - as you want. Bel-La Beach House has plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay.
