Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. Thoroughly enjoyable property with all amenities needed for a great stay. Very clean and seating very comfortable for a group. Checking in had it's complexity but sorted quick enough.
Very large for an Apartment. Was able to accommodate 2 Adults, 2 Teenagers and 2 Children easily. Fully functional kitchen and great location opposite the Cowes beach and 400m to main street Cowes.
This is an absolutely terrific apartment in a really good location. I honestly couldn't fault it. The only criticism would be that the location of the car park is a bit of a walk from the actual apartment, so getting all the gear up and down for a toddler was a bit of a challenge. A part from this, the apartment was terrific. Plenty of space and we'll appointed.
The apartment itself is very well appointed, 2 x balconies, loads of space and we had 7 people. Beds and lounge comfortable, Kitchen with everything in it, full size fridge, pantry etc. 2 x showers, 1 x spa bath, 2 x toilets so no waiting around for the bathroom. Ample technology with multiple TV's, dvd, bluetooth speaker, games for the family, cool artworks, overall really liked the apartment. Beach was good, Food eateries were good, brewery was really good, ice cream parlor delicious, walks along the front promenade were relaxing with a handful of rabbits running around, green grass to sit and enjoy.
The issue we had was with the under cover parking allocation that was supposed to be with the apartment. Upon arrival we noticed a woman spray painting the lines of a couple of parking spaces in a different colour paint and she proceeded to tell us to park 200m away in a different underground carpark. We also noticed her taking down apartment numbers (in front of the parking spaces) and changing them to suit her needs. we then found out from her she not only worked there she owned several of the apartments herself and she hounded us to keep moving our vehicle, she even interrupted our Christmas Lunch looked at us, smiled and lied straight to our faces it was really unbelievable. There is obviously a racket going on as she was very comfortable telling porky pies, it was like she was happy causing us discomfort. If the owner of the apartment reads this I hope you can do something about the racket that's going on because it must be affecting your investment, we definately will NOT be back.

Hi Steven, thank you for your detailed and thorough feedback.
First, we are pleased that you found the apartment “very well appointed” and that “overall [you] really liked the apartment.” We are, however, alarmed, and disappointed that you experienced such an unsavoury incident, courtesy of one of the neighbours, in the complex.
This behaviour is totally unacceptable and the matter has been reported to the Owners Corp and resort management, who will address the matter, with said person. It is unfortunate that you did not raise this with us at the time (we are open between 09:00 and 19:00, every day of the year, including Christmas Day), as we could have resolved the matter immediately, thus allowing you to further enjoy the rest of your holiday. However, we understand that you may not have known our office hours.
I have also spoken the owner and have confirmed that there was a change to the parking arrangements in the complex, in December 2022 and that the current instructions we provide to guests are correct. As a result, we have not had any other feedback from subsequent guests, voicing problems with our parking instructions.
We therefore hope that you find that your concerns have been adequately dealt with, that the matter is resolved and thus you would entertain a return stay. Andrew PIHH
Fantastic location, short walk to town center and beach.
Apartment was very spacious and all bedroom's were decent in size. Lovely furniture. Would book again.
The property is in a great location, the beach is virtually across the road and shops and restaurants are easily accessed by foot.
The property is bright, modern, very well equipped and very spacious. We had a really enjoyable stay and we have no hesitation recommending the property to others.
Wonderful apartment. Very modern clean and roomy. And wonderful management also. Would definitely recommend this for families. Close walk to cowes shops. Great playground and amazing beach across the street.
