This sophisticated pool home is nestled in the quiet gated community of Lake Berkley resort. The home features a generous two storey plan with games room and south facing pool and spa.

The bright living room is an airy double height space and has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. There is a large screen smart TV with cable services.

The kitchen provides all of the necessary equipment to cater for your stay, and you can choose to dine at the full formal dining table, sunny breakfast nook, or alfresco aside your private pool!

As a corner plot, the home benefits from a larger than average size pool and enjoys the sunshine throughout the day. The deck is a private area surrounded by a variety of planting. With plenty of seating, including under a covered shady area, you can spend a whole day by the pool and then sink into the bubbling spa in the evening. Please inquire if pool heat or BBQ rental is desired.

Downstairs, there is a large master bedroom featuring a kingsize bed, desk and access to the pool deck. The room also has an ensuite bathroom with both shower and garden bathtub, plus walk-in-wardrobe. The princess twin bedroom is also located downstairs. There is an additional kingsize bedroom upstairs which also offers a crib. A further elegant queen bedroom and a delightful Mickey Mouse bunk room ensures there is ample space for all of your group.

Guests can enjoy cable TV, free wireless connectivity throughout the house and local calls. Pool heat and BBQ rental are also available by request.

The amazing games room with a full-size pool table, foosball and darts will keep kids of all ages entertained! As well as cable TV and high speed Wi-Fi, there is also an Xbox and Playstation for guest use.

Lake Berkley Resort is renowned for its peace and tranquility, yet is also in the heart of Central Florida’s prime vacation area! Located just off Hwy 192, you are close to all the popular spots for dining and shopping. Disney is less than 15 minute drive and Universal around 25 minutes. The gated community is well-maintained and offers a community pool, clubhouse with gym and basketball/tennis courts. As well as a children’s play area, there is also a beautiful lake with walking/jogging trail.

This home was very unclean. I would never advertised this property under my organization.

TO GOOD TO BE TRUE.

3 bathrooms helps a lot when telling everybody to get ready to go to the parks, otherwise we wouldve spent like 40 more minutes waiting for everybody to get ready. Internet was laggy so if you are taking your children's XBOX or ps4 to play they will rage! Literally. The thermostat schedule is wierd we went to sleep at 71° but will get to 80° around 6am so we had to get up and put it back to 70° everyday we stayed there. Other than that everything was perdect. Very spacious and comfortable.

Quick family trip

The overall trip was okay. I know it being Florida insects and bugs are a problem, but there were quite a lot of flies upon entering the property . I did notice the pest control sign on the property was completed the same day. Minor touch ups is needed to the paint in the house and some of the kitchen furniture needs to be replaced. The pool was nice and the kids had a great time. The pools table and foosball was a great activity when we had down time. Despite the few needed changes I would stay at the property again.

Overall very nice

It was lovely to have our own place in close proximity to the Disney properties. We have stayed in a number of time shares/rental properties, and not to be overly critical, but rather helpful to a future renter, what we found lacking here was: 1) the pool took 36 hours to heat, therefore we were shorted that warm pool time even though we paid for it. The pool didn't circulate regularly, so the level of spa didn't remain constant for the first three days. The spa would only refill after use during the next pool cycle (usually in the early morning). After a call to management it started cycling more often and refilling the spa. 2) Policy was to "provide 24 hours of necessities". When we arrived, there was barely toilet paper on the roll in each bathroom. We had to make an emergency trip to the store. I have never before had to pack or purchase toilet paper during a rental stay. 3) We were asked to start a load of laundry when we left, but no laundry soap was provided. 5) Bath towels were hung, no hand towels provided, and washrags were eventually located in a closet. One disposable kitchen washrag was provided and one garbage sack (I would bring some extras as it is required to have your garbage bagged). 4) the A/C system defaulted to a 80 high/60 low every few hours, and even though an override code was provided, we were constantly having to adjust the climate - coming home to a hot house and night, and having to get up in the middle of the night to make adjustments. 5) Lawn mowing and hedge trimming outside our windows early in the morning on sleep-in days was unexpected. However, all this being said, the price was affordable so working through the idiosyncrasies was worth it in the long run. Management was quick to respond when we had pool questions and concerns, and they were happy to tell us to go to the store to buy toilet paper when I couldn't find a spare roll anywhere. :) The house was clean, the yard and property immaculate, and security very friendly. The Wifi worked very well and smart TVs gave us access to our favorite programming. Having a private pool was the highlight, once we got it warm and figured it out (it was chilly in the evening during our stay so we needed a warm spa). Come prepared and it will be wonderful!
