Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, freezer, and a 6-car garage. Smart TV; all rooms have air conditioning.

The house is located across from the natural pools of Guarajuba, in the Corais condominium, near the Itacimirim surf beach, Carlinhos and Prefeitinho’s bar, and 1 km from Guarajuba’s main square, G-Barbosa, Perini, and the Guarajuba Shopping Center.
