O apartamento fica localizado no condominio em Genibapu, é completo, a proprietária Kátia é bem atenciosa, o pessoal da recepçao são prestativos e educados, o arranjo das limpezas do local é regularmente visto, excelente atendimento na área da piscina, local seguro, tranquilo e calmo, bem espaçoso, exatamente como nas imagens. Todos gostaram muito do lugar- tanto do apartamento quanto da área de lazer do condominio. Iremos voltar nas proximas!

O apartamento condiz exatamente com as imagens publicadas no anúncio. Tudo muito limpo, bem organizado, aconchegante. Lugar tranquilo para crianças, bom para lazer da família. O apartamento não tem suíte, só a dependência de empregada possui banheiro, os móveis, talheres e louça são velhos, os colchões são muito mole, as torneiras com vazamento, as mesas e cadeiras do jardim estão quebradas, o condomínio cheio de regas ocultas.
