Newly renovated basement apartment. Accommodation for up to 4 people. There is one bedroom with a luxury queen bed. There is a trundle bed in living room area which can be converted to either 2 Singles or 1 King. All new bedding and towels.
Very spacious living room area with wifi, TV, PS4, Netflix and a DVD player. Board games galore! Kitchen area with fridge, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, Keurig, dishes etc. There is no stove. Coffee & tea stocked. Fruit and pastries provided upon arrival. Access to recreation room that has a pool table and vintage pinball machine. Ample parking. Owners reside on site.
