The home consists of two separate and PRIVATE units: This listing (SUNSET HOME) and a Studio (SUNSET STUDIO), which are rented independently. They are total and completely private. On occasion that both units are occupied the only shared space is the driveway.

Tastefully furnished with 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, dining room, lounge, kitchen, living room, totaling 2,230 Sq Ft, accommodates 4 guests comfortably. Plenty of natural light, modern and fully outfitted self catered kitchen, spacious living room with 60 inches flat screen HDTV, DVD player, and internet Wi-Fi. 2nd TV services the dining room and kitchen areas. Ceiling fans in all rooms and central heat and air conditioning for your comfort and indoor laundry machines for your convenience.

The outside features include a paved driveway and a covered entrance area, deck with patio table and chairs, propane BBQ grill and adjacent backyard

Clearwater Beach is only 20 minutes from the home.

Tarpon Springs home

Great, safe , quiet residential area, close to Howard Park, Sunset Beach and other beautiful bayous! Easy access to Sponge Docks without feeling like you were too close to the touristy area. Home is Spacious, very comfortable and owner extremely easy to talk to. We would definitely return to Tarpon Springs and rent this home again!

We had our family vacation in December for the first time not knowing what to expect, but everything turned out fantastic. Tarpon Springs was wonderful, I had no idea how touristic this town was. We had a good time visiting Sunset & Howard Park beaches, going to Anclote island using the Odyssey Cruise, and watching the dolphins. We visited Tampa, the Dali Museum, and the Sunken Gardens in St. Petersburg. We celebrated the new year on Clearwater Beach by watching the amazing fireworks. Clearwater's beach was my favorite beach so far. Your house was wonderful, having everything and more. It was clean and well organized. My family loved it very much. My real rating for this property is 10 stars!!!!

The cleanliness of this home was exceptional! The kitchen was very well stocked with very nice dishes, pots and pans, as well as soap, plastic wrap, foil, and other things. The linens were wonderful, especially the thick, soft towels. Small extras, such as hand soap and a hair dryer were appreciated. I loved the private, fenced-in yard. The home theater was great and separate from the bedrooms so that late nighters could enjoy without disturbing those that were resting. Being less than a mile from Howard Beach Park was fantastic! The Pinellas County trail was 2 miles away for biking and walking. The owner, Luis, could not have been more accommodating. Overall, a great place to stay!

The home is beautiful and well kept. The beds are very comfy and the sheets are smooth. There was plenty of towels that were pure white and fluffy. We found the TV difficult to operate at times because I’m not tech savvy. There is a huge TV with a sound system. Very nice.

Close to the beach! Very clean, quality linens and towels. .
SPECIAL REQUEST: Please be mindful how you use the linens. Cosmetics and other products leave marks that will permanently damage the white towels. The guests following you deserve spotless towels like you have enjoyed. This is not a hotel it is a home; it is your home for the rental period. Please treat it as such.
