Joining the Leatherwood rental program in the Fall of 2020, The Great Dane is the perfect home for large or multiple families, girls weekends, bro-time getaways, and bridal parties. Named after the love of Great Danes, this home welcomes family pets to enjoy the wonder of Leatherwood Mountains. The home is situated at the top of the mountain with double-story decks that wrap around the home, giving you double the entertaining space and mountain views. The master is on the main floor with a private bath and access to the screened-in patio. The loft was designed for children of all ages, and includes a separate entertaining space and half bath. Downstairs, three bedrooms and a bath offer lots of space for your group with direct access to the lower deck. Decks include several chairs, benches and even swings for the youngsters (or young at heart).

This home is designed with the renter in mind from a family that has rented homes in Leatherwood for several years. Each bedroom includes a SmartTV, and high speed internet so you won’t miss your favorite series. Should you be obligated to work, or complete online learning activities, the home is powered by 100 mbs fiber internet.

Perfect Christmas vacation stay

This property is sooo much better than the pictures on the website. The cabin was soo tastefully decorated for Xmas which made our Christmas that much more special as we arrived and put all our gifts under the beautiful tree. No detail was spared. The house was impeccably clean considering it’s dog friendly. No dog hairs or dust balls. I can’t say enough. Oh and the view!!! The sunsets behind the mountains and the view is just perfect. The home is secluded and private so do prepare for a climb up the mountain but it’s so worth it for the privacy and quiet. Thank you leatherwood mountain and the Great Dane for our fabulous Christmas and end of the year!!!
