Local excelente!!

As fotos me enganaram, o local é muito mais bonito pessoalmente. Tanto a casa como os arredores, estrutura excelente, com muitas atividades para adulto e para as crianças. Tem uma casinha de criança de madeira com dois andares, elas adoraram. Área de lazer completa, até sinuca profissional tem, acho que não tinha nas fotos. Dá para ir andando para as cachoeiras do Vale do Alcantilado, vale a pena conhecer e quem tiver disposição ir até o todo, são 700 metros de subida com uma altimetria de pouco mais de 300 metros, lugar muito bonito!! O anfitrião Gabriel e seus pais foram muito atenciosos e cuidadosos em todos os detalhes da nossa estadia, não tenho nenhuma queixa, so elogios!!

Poderia ser ótimo

Classifico nossa estadia de satisfatória. Pudemos desfrutar nosso descanso numa casa espaçosa num local muito bonito. Tivemos duas questões que considero graves: 1. a internet não funcionou em nenhum momento, embora em toda nossa volta nos vizinhos e bares funcionassem. Insistimos, mas não tivemos nenhuma assistência. Se soubesse que não teria internet não teria alugado, muitos de nós precisávamos muito de acessar durante estes dias. 2. o pátio de estacionamento é de uma terra encharcada, fazendo uma lama com mau cheiro e atolando os carros a ponto de terem de ser empurrados para sair. A casa no geral apresenta pequenos problemas de manutenção que poderiam ser evitados: a chaminé do forno a lenha está entupida, o botijão de gás da hidro vazio, a lenha molhada e de baixa caloria não acendeu a sauna, que vazava água em cima da fornalha. No mais a casa está muito bem equipada, os cômodos espaçosos e confortáveis, os proprietários muitos gentis e a pessoa que nos assistiu (Da Hilda) ótima: dedicada, eficiente, cuidadosa e proativa. Embora seja muito comum na região, acho que deveria ser prevenido que o local fica a 3,4km do asfalto numa estrada muito precária. Espero que nossos comentários sirvam para aprimorar o padrão da oferta de vocês, e sobretudo, para que o contratado seja cumprido.
