This affordable 2 bedroom apartment offers partial views to Henning Island and the spectacular sunsets are 'not to be missed' Hamilton Island experiences.

Stylishly appointed this apartment offers many of the mod cons you would expect to find in a more highly priced apartment. Including air-conditioning, television, fully self contained kitchen, outdoor entertaining area and modern fixtures and fittings throughout.

The Sunset Waters complex has its own private pool, surrounded by mature tropical gardens and you also have access to all Resort pools and Resort facilities.

To get around the Island with ease, you are provided with the exclusive use of a complimentary buggy. You will also be met by our valet service at the airport or ferry terminal and taken to your apartment. This service is also provided for your return.
You’ll have access to all Resort facilities, including water sports*, sports club* and The Kids Clownfish Club*. There are also baby-sitting services available through the Clownfish Club. *charges apply

Whatever takes your fancy in the food stakes, there are more than ten restaurants to choose from and do suggest booking ahead for the popular ones. There are various takeaway shops, a great Bakery, IGA Supermarket and Liquor shop, not to mention an array of boutique type stores and the ever-popular Tavern.

Most credit cards are accepted and there are several ATM’s around the island. EFTPOS facilities are also available.

Worst Property we have stayed in on the island

We have stayed in Hamo alot and this place by far is the worst. There is not much thats not broken. We couldn't secure the unit becase the upstair door latches have ripped out of the wall, shower dripped constantly keeping everyone awake, nice to have a tv in the room but had no antenna cord, kitchen cupboards are falling off. I could go on but its just so far below what we expect from a Hamo stay. Never again

Buggy charging issues

Hey guys, overall the accommodation and location of it was good. We did have some ongoing issues with the buggy not charging for whatever reason meaning we had to push it up the hill back to our apartment on 2-3 occasions. Once I reached out about it someone came out to check it out and magically started charging when he touched it so I am baffled why it didn't work for us. Other then that happy with the booking.

Great Holiday

The property we stayed in was very good. Having the buggy included was the selling factor for us. To be able to come and go as we wanted without worrying about getting a buggy back by a certain time made the trip for us. The apartment was clean and our communication with the owners before arriving was great. Thanks!

Was in a good location, but there were hardly anyone staying in the complex which was great, as it was nice and quiet. The place needs a new cleaner :-) Air con could do with been serviced or updated, over all it was good.
