We are proud to welcome guests to our spacious four-bedroom Florida home in the peaceful residential community of Whispering Oaks.



Pool and spa heating are included in the rental price.



Our beautiful, fully air-conditioned, four-bedroom, two-bathroom, single-storey pool home is situated on an oversized plot overlooking open countryside, yet is just a short drive northwest of Kissimmee and within easy reach of Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



The location really does offer the best of both worlds. After a busy day at the theme parks, you can return to the peace and privacy of your own home, relax on the screened pool terrace and enjoy the tranquil countryside outlook.



Take a refreshing swim in the private heated pool, unwind in the heated spa, or simply relax on one of the sun loungers and enjoy the Florida sunshine.



The home is particularly suitable for families, with a spacious open-plan living area and a range of equipment for younger guests, including a high chair, two travel cots/playpens, a booster seat and a stroller.



A barbecue is available for rental at an additional cost.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
* Bag all rubbish. * Start one load of towels if possible. * Lock all doors and windows. * Replace the pool blanket if it is in use. * Return the key to the lockbox, if applicable.
If anything is damaged or not working as expected, please let Javier or us know as soon as possible. We'd much rather resolve a small problem quickly than discover it after you've left.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A $300 security-deposit card hold will be placed 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure, provided no claim is made

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Terry was quick to respond to all communication. It was squeaky clean and spacious enough for our 6 person family. The area is really nice and quiet and we saw lots of wildlife. We really enjoyed the pool area, it's very private and was well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. It was only 5 min drive to the closest supermarket and close enough to other amenities. We made lots of memories in this beautiful villa. I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful stay.

This house met all expectations that were advertised! We enjoyed our stay immensely!! Great floor plan, clean and comfortable, hot tub and pool were exceptional, neighborhood is quiet and we loved having the back yard and wooded area behind the house. We felt like we were the only ones around when we were on the patio/pool area. The host is excellent! He is friendly, considerate and answers all questions quickly. There are no surprises when you rent this house. Everything was perfect!!! Thanks again Terry!

This was the second time we stayed at this property in the last couple of years.. The property is very clean and we enjoyed using the heated pool. We like the location by Shingle Creek Park and access to the many amenities in the area. We will definitely rent this property in the future if available.

Overall our stay was great. We had some minor hiccups with check in and with the pool. Both situations were remedied very quickly. Communication with the host was prompt and frequent. Communication with local contact was also prompt. We did run out of toliet paper on the last day, but this would not prevent us from staying here again!

When searching for a rental for our Florida family vacation, this home checked every box on our wish list — privacy, a convenient location near the theme parks, a pool and hot tub, single-level living, cleanliness, and great reviews. From the moment we booked, Terry provided excellent communication and responded quickly whenever we had questions or concerns before and during our stay.We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at the property. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured in the listing photos. The location made it easy to get to the theme parks, grocery stores, Walmart, and plenty of nearby restaurants, while the neighborhood itself was quiet and relaxing. One of our favorite parts of the stay was enjoying the daily wildlife visits in the backyard — cardinals, mourning doves, blue jays, squirrels, geckos, deer, rabbits, and even a green tree frog were a special treat!We would absolutely consider staying here again for another vacation in the area and would recommend this home to others looking for a relaxing and convenient Florida getaway.

Whispering Oaks is peaceful and residential, and our home looks out over open countryside, yet Kissimmee, Disney and the many attractions of Central Florida are all within easy reach. For us, it offers the best of both worlds. We manage our bookings personally and want our guests to feel comfortable contacting us with any questions, both before and during their stay. Why This Property? For us, the location is what makes Whispering Oaks special. You can enjoy everything Orlando and Central Florida have to offer, then leave the crowds behind and return to a peaceful home overlooking open countryside. The private pool and heated spa are a big part of the experience, whether you’re cooling off after a day at the parks, enjoying a quiet morning by the pool or simply relaxing in the Florida sunshine. Better still, pool and spa heating are included in the rental price, so there are no additional heating charges to worry about. Being a single-storey home also makes the property particularly comfortable and practical for families. With four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious open-plan living area, there is plenty of room to spend time together without feeling crowded. We’ve tried to create the sort of Florida home we would want to stay in ourselves: comfortable, private and well equipped, in a quiet setting but still within easy reach of Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, shopping, restaurants and everything else the Orlando area has to offer. It really is the best of both worlds — close to the attractions when you want them, and somewhere peaceful to come home to when you don’t.
