Whatch out !

Caution, This property does not reflect at all the images posted on the website. The condo is very poorly maintained. Furniture are all due to be replaced. The sheets were not changed when we arrived. The ceiling is leaking water. The smell in the apartment is intolerable. I could go on... the best advice I can give you is to go somewhere else.

Great location, close to the beach!

The location is great. The beach is just steps away, Aventura Mall and many restaurants and shopping all just minutes away. ocean Reserve is a decent place, a little dated but not bad. The mini mart downstairs is convenient and the staff is nice. A lot of young people rent these units for vacation. It’s loud at night and hard to sleep. The pool is very nice and heated!

Spring break with teenagers

The apartment was perfect for our group. It was spacious and comfortable. The pool was great! The beach was just across the street. We really enjoyed our stay!

Just did not respond to emails about TV and sink not working but my overall stay was wonderful, check in and it was easy. Finding my way around and getting familiar with the place was simple

No esta mal

La propiedad esta bien ubicada, el sillón del family esta en un estado DEPLORABLE no es posible sentarse en el, el resto de los muebles están muy bien. Tuvimos contratiempos con el estacionamiento por no tener un espacio asignado los primero 7 días aunque el administrador lo resolvió. Todos los días teníamos que ir al front desk a solicitar ayuda.
