Hi Chuck, the homeowner wanted to share the following: We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. We're doing repairs to our condo, but we still wanted to provide an enjoyable experience so we relocated your group to a different condo. That unit had a better view and access to all the same amenities as ours. We apologize for the repairs, but we did all we could to provide the best possible stay.

So Many Issues

About an hour before arriving, we were called and told we were being moved to another unit due to a problem at our original unit we reserved. The new unit did not have a working microwave, cable TV or enough remotes. The TVs were old and not smart TVs, so we had a choice of just a few antenna channels to watch. The primary bathtub/shower drain did not drain, so anytime we took showers we were standing in about 3 inches of water. I will say the maintenance staff was quick to respond to our requests and were kind enough to buy us a new microwave, but who wants to wait around on maintenance staff when you're on vacation? They finally brought us 2 cable boxes, but one ended up not working and we had to ask a few times for an actual remote to operate the TV in the first place. The property was a nice area and clean, but due to all the mix-ups, the last-minute unit change and OLD amenities...we will probably not stay here again.

Property was great! Nice and clean. Also has sand volleyball, basketball and pickle ball courts, shuffle board, tether ball, mini golf and free paddle boats for use!! Had an amazing stay with a great view of the po from the balcony! Will stay again!

Beautiful place

The condo was very clean. It was in a very convenient location. Out of town but close to everything. Pool was beautiful and clean. It was a quiet place. We got to see turtles and fish in the lake from our balcony. My only complaint was the beds were extremely firm. In both rooms, they were uncomfortable. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

We enjoyed our stay but if you’re thinking about this property for a family get away based on the amenities such as the game room and/or paddle boats, keep looking. The pool was nice though and the whole process was easy and overall we were very satisfied.

Nice location and unit. Pool is very nice as is the outdoor balcony is spacious. Unit is clean and well equipped. Maybe a set of steak knives and some more measuring cups would be a nice addition, but the stay was excellent.

Cute place, loved that my dogs could stay. However, for the little pricey pet cleaning fee, I felt the place wasn't overly clean. I still saw quite a bit of pet hair from previous pets. It didn't bother us because we too had our dogs but if we didn't I wouldn't have been as happy. Place had all we needed, pool was nice. We liked the basketball court and pickleball court. The mini golf was in horrible shape however. Still we had a good weekend!

This fabulous condo was well-appointed, clean and in a prime location within the condo complex. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The one drawback was the lack of wi-fi service, which was provided, yet would not connect. Seemed like it was due to the property location more than an inadequate server. Just the luck of the draw in a cove at the lake perhaps. We certainly didn't let that ruin our week! The condo and the property were wonderful. Will most definitely be staying there again!!! HIghly recommend!

Great condo. Clean and awesome pool. Some other activities on site that small children would love like mini golf. Teens can fish off the bank, swim in pool or lake, or play basketball. The condo was perfect for 4-6 people. Close to Walmart and other stores and restaurants, as well as downtown and lots of biking areas. The only downside was internet service was terrible. Our phone data and wifi were both pretty well unusable.

Everything was great except the washer and dryer situation. They have accordion doors on the hallway closet, and the dryer was on the left, the door opened to the right. The accordion door did not clear the dryer door, so could not open the dryer.

Overall the condo was well appointed. I do think that the kitchen utensils/ silverware could use an upgrade. It is a lovely place and has beautiful views.
