📝 Need to Know - This home is a combination of 2 units - Villa Fiesta - 312R and Villa Margarita - 314L that are accessed by different entrances and do not share common space indoors. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. We happily welcome one small dog (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 per week pet fee breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. Please reach out prior to booking so we can help make your pups stay just as wonderful as yours.

This was a great place for a family of 11. The kids especially loved the proximity to downtown.

Perfect location, great amenities. Walking distance to most everything. The pool and hot tub were an added specialty, would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Another memorable trip to Siesta

I have been traveling to Siesta Key for over 24 years. Having stayed at many places in the village we have yet to be disappointed. We definitely would have like a larger pool and backyard area as there was 8 of us but the location to the beach made up for it. House and grounds were very clean and we didn’t need anything other than groceries. We would definitely stay here again!!

Location Location Location!! House is perfectly located around the corner from village and walking distance to beach, house had everything we needed for beach pool is a mini but perfect for cooling off would definitely rent this property again

Great little getaway

All the Good- has all the helpful necessities to make stay comfortable…. Kitchen has all the little things needed to be comfortable. Dishes, pans, dish towels, soap, sponge, plastic cups and plates for kids, blender, coffee maker, kuerig etc. Wagon, umbrella and chairs for beach so so helpful! King bed was comfortable. Awesome hot tub! Nice tables and chairs and lounge chairs in small yard. Beach towels and plenty bath towels, extra blanket and pillows available. Full size wash and dryer w laundry soap and dryer sheets. Basically right in the village. Can see Meaneys donuts from the balcony! Liquor store and great market steps from front door. Had decent rain storm 1st night there and got little water in a side window. Texted to let them know and it was repaired ASAP. Messed up our door code and was easy text back and forth to get it taken care of. Not so good: property is not luxurious by any means. Def needs some updating. Furniture very low quality. Floors were very dirty. Moldy shower head. Pool very small but perfect for young kids! Wish there was access to back where pool is from back of unit. To go to the back, must go out front door, thru gate to get to back yard area. Need new coolers. On the loud side. Completely understandable being so close to the Village area but it is not quiet. Leaf blowers, trash trucks, loud vehicles, people occasionally walking by laughing or yelling. It was fine for us but I’d want to know before committing to renting this property.

Great place!

Property was a little worn down (ie furniture) but beds were comfy and kitchen supplies/linens were adequately stocked. Great location close to the beach and the Village. Property management was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We had a great time here. Location is perfect for walking to each abs village to restaurants and shops. Was nice to come back and get in the pool and hot tub. We will definitely come back here and rent this place again!!!
