Beautiful view, relaxed atmosphere made making memories with our family easy. Something for everyone, toys for littles, hot tub, pool table and a beautiful view from either family room. Even had high chair and pack n play. The cleanliness made a very comfortable to stay. Owner was easy to communicate with, kind and accommodating, even had a homemade cheesecake to greet us. Perfect for our large family!!

Thanks for the review Loreane! The owner appreciates it, and they're looking forward to your next stay.
Overall, the house was a perfect set-up for a New Years Eve long-weekend with friends upstate. The house has two large common areas, which were great for entertaining. The hot tub and picturesque backyard view of the lake were added bonuses. Location is nearby a grocery store, which was convenient. Otherwise, it’s fairly remote - making a wonderful excuse for staying put and hanging out. Only two challenges about the place was the kitchen is a bit dated (took time getting used to) and the home only has two showers, which was challenging for a group of 12 (hot water ran out quick). Both of these challenges were overshadowed by the good fun we had - aided by the amenities of the home! Would stay again!!

Owner's Response: "We appreciate your comments and the hot water will be increased in the near future. The rustic charm of the kitchen is left in place for the enjoyment of those who like the upstate warmth. We are glad that you enjoyed the Lodge!"
My family and friends had an amazing time! We loved the pool table and hot tub. Very cozy ski getaway!
