Welcome to your mountain getaway at Brianwood Condos, located just across from the Giant Steps lifts. This two-story retreat combines comfort, convenience, and charm—perfect for families, couples, or friends looking to make lasting memories in Brian Head.
Inside you’ll find:
Bedroom 1 (Main Level): King bed with a full bathroom.
Bedroom 2 (Loft): Acts as a second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and its own full bathroom.
Fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances and cookware.
Inviting living area with a wood-burning fireplace, cozy seating, streaming TV, plus a collection of games and DVDs for family fun.
Step outside and you’re just a short walk from skiing, snowboarding, and biking trails, as well as dining, coffee shops, and the general store. In summer, enjoy cool mountain breezes and in winter, watch the fireworks on New Year’s Eve or the 4th of July from the comfort of the condo.
Please note: The Wi-Fi is slower due to the mountain location. It’s suitable for email, browsing, and light streaming, but not ideal for heavy remote work or multiple users at once.

They didn't bother to fix this and it was very inconvenient to work via weak hot spot and even going to the lodge to get wifi.

Not clean, no internet and little to no response from the management company.

The sheets were not changed from the previous guests and the main floor bathroom was filthy including the shower having hair left in the drain. We could not get the internet to work. The TV did not work as it need the internet. The management company’s response was to keep restarting the internet (which never worked) and that they were sorry about the sheets and no response regarding the bathroom.

This place is filthy! Light bulbs burned out, cobwebs, dirty and smelly refrigerator and freezer, gritty area rugs, throw blankets with hair on them, garbage under the counters and dressers. It was the worst I've ever experience and the first I've ever had to call VRBO customer support. I've been a VRBO user for over 10 years.

First time at Brian Head

Arrived at 4 PM (check in) to discover the condo had not been cleaned. A young lady eventually arrived, ( her first day on the job) and "cleaned" the unit in 60 minutes. We proceeded to sanitize the the unit as best we could. Fireplace was not cleaned and I did so. Several light bulbs in the unit were out. The sofa and living room chair are very old and not comfortable. Refrigerator was dirty and had food left in it. We only used the bed in the master and it was fine. Short walk to the lifts and this was fine. Would probably come back to Brian Head but reserve a different unit.
