Bear Wood Pines is perfect for everyone. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear within a gorgeous tree-filled neighborhood. This charming property features vaulted wood beam ceilings and comes equipped with everything you need for a memorable vacation.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1300+ sq ft home with living room, game room, smart TV, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, two beautiful fireplaces, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs second bedroom has double/twin bunk beds. Downstairs third bedroom has double/twin bunk beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Game room with foosball table and darts. Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Barbecue, outdoor seating, fenced yard, and deck.
PARKING - 3 car driveway
