This house as fantastic. The location in Banff is truly unbeatable -- a 3-10 minute walk to all restaurants and shops downtown. The host was a fantastic communicator, giving us her personal number to text if we needed anything. The space was very clean and has most everything you need (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cooking supplies). The one note to keep in mind is the kitchen has two stovetop burners but no oven or grill. Not the easiest for cooking full dinners, though great for making breakfasts and lunches!

Great home in center of Banff

The Black Bear Chalet was great for our whole family, the location is as convenient as possible to downtown Banff, easy walking distance to the restaurants and shops. The place was clean and well stocked, we really enjoyed our time there!

Extremely welcoming host and amazing accomodation. We stayed there during mid-December and had an amazing time. Place was clean, had a lot of kitchenware for home cooking as well as the facilities to host my family of nine. Place was one street away from shops and resteraunts which was very convenient everyday. Would easily stay there again. 5 Stars!

Wonderful Stay

Black Bear cabin is a wonderful accommodation. Our group of 7 (two families) had a perfect week in Banff. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. We would love to return some day!

Spectacular property! The owners have thought of everything - so stylish, comfortable, great coffee and goodies are much appreciated, lots of info about things to do. We had plenty of together time and there cozy nooks to hang out with a book, and a wonderful dining table for meals, games and conversation. Location is perfect - in the center of town. Can't wait to come back!!

Great location

The host is really kind and very accommodating. The Bear Chalet is located in a great location and exceeded our expectations. Would recommend for anyone traveling to Banff. There are off street parking, which was really beneficial throughout the trip, and walkable to plenty of great restaurants.
