Divine on Dudley - Modern Home in Excellent Location

We are so proud to introduce our 5th short (or longish) stay residence: Divine on Dudley. Our favourite property yet!

This gorgeous new build will have you within easy access to just about anywhere in Adelaide.

A mere 8km to the City. Or drive the other way for 8km, and you're right on the Sea.

You'll be close to so many great spots, while your downtime is spent in a classy & spacious new residence. You'll have it all: Free Wifi. Free Parking. A 90 second stroll to grocery store (we’ve timed it!)

Perfect place for a staycation close to all
that Adelaide has to offer, or for a work office space . This home consists of 3 bedrooms + study, living and dining areas, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large 6 burner stove/chef's oven, microwave and dishwasher. A beautiful butler's kitchen houses your appliances -toaster, kettle, and that much needed Nespresso Pod Coffee machine, all inclusive with a milk frother.

Laundry with a washer / dryer all in one. Program the wash and dry cycle, Pop your clothes in, go out & come home to dry, clean, clothes!

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 living areas. The second living area has a 4th double bed, which can be utilised if need be. Master bedroom comprises of a KING size bed. All other bedrooms contain a DOUBLE bed.

Smart TV (one) and wifi for your entertainment and work needs.

The backyard is perfectly serene, set up with an undercover alfresco dining areas: North facing - just perfect for that afternoon outdoor drink.

Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning keeps the home comfortable all year round.

Although this property can sleep up to 8, it is recommended for 6 or less. The 4th bed is situated in the second living room , which is not a private area.

Very nice family property

We came to Adelaide for a golf trip and were pleasantly surprised at how nice and big this house was. Playing golf everyday didn't leave us a lot of free time at the residence. I would definitely recommend this property for families to enjoy while on holidays in the Adelaide area.

This would be the most well presented property we have stayed in. The house was prepared to be very welcoming, with not a detail left out. The location is also very convenient- close to a very good supermarket and accessible to where we wanted to go. We enjoyed our stay very much.
