Beach Villa 3 is architect designed for the tropics and recently renovated in a small complex of six villas. With only a rainforest reserve between you and beautiful Four Mile Beach, lie in bed and listen to the sea and the rainforest - all within an easy 10 minute walk to the Port Douglas village centre.

Enjoying security and privacy, the villa is also wonderfully light and airy featuring vaulted ceilings and sliding glass doors. The ground floor has two bedrooms (1 x king or 2 x singles & 1 x double) plus a bathroom, separate toilet and laundry. An open-plan living room, indoor dining and gourmet kitchen opens out to a private sunny deck with your own heated saltwater swimming pool.

Relaxed outdoor dining on the poolside deck is even more inviting with the great open kitchen servery and gas Weber BBQ.

Upstairs is dedicated to the large master bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the pool and rainforest reserve, plus walk-in-robe and ensuite bathroom with a double shower. Please note, this property is not suitable for children under 5 years of age.

With just a two minute stroll to the beach (without crossing a street) and a pleasant 10 minute walk to Macrossan Street, the living is easy at Beach Villa 3. Spend your saved car-hire dollars dining out at the many fabulous Port Douglas restaurants.

Lovely stay

We had a great stay here. My daughter was in the pool every day and the property was in good nick. The bedrooms were a good size with good flexibility for sleeping arrangements. Lots of amenities. There were a couple of minor issues - the undercover car park for this unit in particular was very challenging to get in and out of with our hire car (SUV) and the upstairs bathroom has no door (which is less than ideal when you have 3 kids!).

Awesome holiday getaway

The house was really well presented and was perfect for us staying for a week in Port Douglas. The pool was great and overall is a awesome place to stay. Will definitely come back.

Fabulous Port Douglas Villa

Our Getaway

The house was very nicely presented, clean and tidy. The Pantry was well stocked with all the essentials for our stay, e.g. salt, pepper, cooking oil, tea, coffee. The pool and deck were a good area to just wind down, we ate most of our meals there. The beach was easy to get to, and is a very popular walk is the morning. In all, a nice place to stay, we had a bad run with the weather, but a good place to base yourself to explore the area.

Perfect Location and great accomodation

We were very happy with everything. The pool was an asset and we swam every day. Very comfortable accomodation , although downstairs bed was a bit hard but there was mattress topper available that helped .Everything was as described. Booking and directions was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Overall place was in a great spot had almost everything you need. 8 nights there toiletries run out no spare, No welcome pack, Wear & Tare on bedside & coffee ☕️ table,kitchen greasy around the oven,toaster area not wiped. Most dissatisfied with the Pool not very clean,as when I booked I confirmed with Annie that it was heated. She said yes. It wasn’t & told me the rain cools it down!! Will not be returning.For the price we paid I expected better.

We had a lovely time staying here. There was everything we could have wanted in the cupboards. So nice to be able to open kitchen up to the outside pool area. Beds were comfortable and the lounge area had plenty of seating. Great location just a short walk to the beach. We will return, thank you

Super relaxing break with the girls in paradise!

From check-in to check-out we had the most wonderful, relaxing experience at Beach Villa 3. The property is so spacious and all 3 of us ladies had our own air-conditioned room to relax in. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a feast. There was plenty of space in the lounge area for us to chill out and watch some Netflix in the evening. But our most favourite feature of all was that gorgeous saltwater pool! We really didn't want to leave! Big huge thank you to Anthea for being so accommodating with our check-in & check-out requests. We would love to come back again soon!

Property was great location, quiet and straight on the beach. House was fantastic, it came with everything you needed for a short weekend. Great for something a little bit more quieter but close to everything. Although not much room for parking the car.

Beachfront bliss

After holidaying in various resorts around Port Douglas and Palm Cove, this year my husband I decided to book a private dwelling ... and aren’t I glad we did ! This beautiful villa is everything the photos and description said it was and more - the photos don't do it justice! Space aplenty with room to “spread out” as we did in our 17 night stay and truly enabled us to relax and unwind. The heated salt water pool is an absolute treat and it was so lovely being a mere stones throw from the beauty of Four Mile Beach. A walk to the heart of Macrossan St was seamless and the endless supply of local bus shuttles always dropped us back at the door if needed. But back to the villa! Everything was thought of by the owners - a fully equipped kitchen and laundry proved to be major assets as we prepared a lot of our food at home and did a bit of washing also (thanks for the large supply of pool towels !) All the little touches one hopes for in beachfront accommodation were well and truly evident. Plenty of cutlery, crockery and kitchen equipment were on hand, as well as a fabulous supply of fresh towels for the 2 bathrooms. Not to mention the bathroom products (shampoos, etc) which were a lovely consideration. The villa itself was very bright with plenty of natural light, fly screens and a "beachy" feel .. perfect for escaping the southern chill. We really felt like this was home from the moment we stepped inside. Overall, it was the relaxing holiday the photos and website promised, and we look forward to a return in the not too distant future !

Our recent experience staying at beach villa 3 was outstanding. With 3 children it provided fantastic entertainment with the pool and beach just a few minutes away. The villa was beautifully decorated and felt very homely. Kitchen facilities were excellent and the beds also very comfy. All in all it was a very pleasurable stay and would definitely recommend it!

Perfect location with everything you need for a relaxing stay

Would highly recommend this property. Fantastic location and a thoughtful kitchen providing basics do u don’t have to go mad at the supermarket. Lovely clean quiet and private. Master bedroom very comfortable. Walking distance to everything. Only suggestion I could make to improve the stay would be to add mattress toppers to the single beds, they were quite firm. Will definitely considering coming back again. So divine
