Relaxation and adventure await you here at Edgewater Escape. Situated right on the lake and only 10 minutes from the heart of Rotorua city, you'll be spoilt for choice here.

With three bedrooms and one bathroom, Edgewater Escape comfortably sleeps up to six adults. There's also a fold out sofa in the lounge (which can be closed off) suitable for an additional 1-2 guests.

Enjoy lake views from almost every room and alfresco dining on the expansive deck. Kids will love the big back yard which leads straight to the lake! You have your own private jetty complete with kayaks for lake explorations. There's a scenic walking trail nearby as well as the Waititi Stream - one of the best trout fishing spots in the world!

For those needing to stay connected, there is complimentary high speed internet (unlimited), as well as a smart TV. Fresh commercial linen is included in the cleaning rate and there is off street parking for 3 cars. Heating is no issue in winter, with a cosy fireplace, HRV, and two heat pumps. In summer, the air conditioning, fans (and regular dips in the lake!) will help cool you down.

Amazing view of lake, loved the use of kayaks and life jackets! A lovely warm home, excellent decking, quiet location, comfy bedding. Modern and fresh interior. Such a great relaxing escape for the whole family. Short drive to bottle store, awesome cafe, takeaway shops etc.

Lovely home on the lake!

We loved the gorgeous views at the home. It was well appointed appreciated the fans and air conditioning units. Deck was lovely and covered during rainy days. Only issue was that the kayaks which were listed as three working units only had one out of three that actually floated without taking on water. In addition one of the paddles was broken. This was disappointing as we had hoped to explore the lake as a family.
