We had the ideal vacation being fortunate to rent this property. The home was cozy, a great layout and perfect hang out spot. The facility had many offerings. It's the Little Things

Cute little place with all the extras you get from a thoughtful owner! Felt as much like being home more than any other place we've stayed. Comfortably beautifully decorated with easy access to the beach by car or short walk. Appreciated everything!

FL weekend away

We had a beautiful weekend! The beach access was perfect. The beach was not busy and we had a lovely day in the sun. The house was clean and the AC was wonderful and all details were taken care of in the house. The wifi worked well. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and all kitchen necessities. The beds were comfy. The bedsheets were soft and clean. The water pressure was just right. We have nothing negative to report, just positive! We will definitely rebook in the future. Thank you so much!

Amazing Beach House

Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place. Close to beach, tons of amenities, clean adorable house. Home owners have thought of everything. Anything we wanted or needed we ended up finding in the unit. They really have thought of everything. They obviously take great pride in it and it shows in every aspect of the unit. We ended up purchasing our own lot while there. And plan to spend many years vacationing to this area. Jensen Beach, Stuart and Hutchinson Island are amazing.

We went to Jensen beach to visit our kids/ grandkids and picked the closest spot to them. It was perfect for 2 adults. Good location, quiet and convenient!

Cute, Comfortable and Clean Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay here in this cute beach themed cottage that had everything that we needed (stocked kitchen - dinnerware/silverware/ pots/pans/ coffeemaker, washer/dryer, beach chairs, boogie board) . It is only a short walk to the beach or you can drive to the private access gate. So the beach was not crowded. We took advantage of the amenities in the neighborhood and felt safe in this gated community that is a very quiet neighborhood. The cottage is located close to attractions and we were able to balance time in sight seeing and relaxation. Communication with the host was easy and timely. If we travel to this area again, we will stay again!

Plenty of room. Fully stocked. Beach Equipment. Loved the bathroom in the back with its own entrance. Great for coming in from the beach. Watched the sunset from the little view out the master bedroom every night. Beautiful!

Cozy cottage

We enjoyed our stay at this little cottage. The parking spot is tight but we managed. Just so anyone needs to know this place is packed tighter than a can of sardines..lol .I was impressed by the gated community. It was a very clean place. Had all the things you would ever need close to the beach. You can walk and go under the highway through the tunnel which is neat. Very convenient to restaurants which I recommend shuckers. We enjoyed our short visit. I would stay here again. The price is right.

We stayed a week for spring break with our sons. The house is decorated well, has all the essentials and is immaculate! We enjoyed all the amenities in the community including the pool, pickleball, volleyball, bocce, shuffleboard and so much more. It has access to a private beach that you can walk or park your car. The owners went above and beyond to make this an easy and enjoyable vacation!

Place was just right for 2 couples. Clean and most needed items were there. Host was great in helping us find/get in place/communication immediate! Great beach cottage.

Great experience staying here. It's a nice little place in a typical FL community with some campers, pre fab homes and a few permanent homes. The house and community are super clean. Owners did a great job equipping the house with everything we need. The host was great with communication and we had a great stay.
