Wonderful stay!

Beautiful apartment with a huge balcony providing view of ocean and bay. The kitchen has been converted to open plan with everything you could possibly need - the water filter on the refrigerator is a major bonus. Super comfortable beds. The location is perfect being on the beach. One covered parking space on-site. Communication with owner was exceptional.

Best of Both Worlds

Picture is exactly as is. Large wrap around decks are great for getting out of sun when needed. Condo living area is very very bright. Never sat inside and watched tv as there was much more to watch on the Intercoastal Waters. Favorite restaurant short drive away, Salt Rock. Beach was okay, kind of shelly, l prefer soft white sand like Indian Shores, but still nice to have right outside your door. Great to have both ocean and Intercoastal waterviews.

Special Little Place in Paradise! Pics Don't Do it Justice

I own a condo on Sanibel that I cant stay at RN due to the recovery process from Hurricane Ian. I didn't think I could find as an Idyllic spot. I was wrong. Just spent 19 nights at this lovely home away from home and absolutely loved the Sunset Beach area of Treasure Island. Feels way more exclusive and 'private' that the end near John's Pass I stayed at last time. Walk to Caddy's on the Beach. ALL the amenities and steps to the sand and great pool and more. 100% returning. Also the photos of the listing don't do the place justice at all. You literally sit with a cocktail looking at the sun going down over the ocean or rising above the waterways. And they removed a wall and put in a killer open concept kitchen not in pics
