Newly renovated and very spacious, this 1 bedroom condo will delight you the minute you open the front door! Nothing was spared when designing the perfect oasis for your Florida vacation. The light and bright décor coupled with the cool tile floors throughout creates the perfect background for you to enjoy the best the beach has to offer. The state of the art, fully equipped kitchen will awaken your inner chef. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, flat screen TV’s and wireless internet service. This condo provides you with views of the Intracoastal Waterways where you are bound to see dolphins passing by and boaters heading out to the Gulf. Building #1 is just across from the pool and only a short walk to the beach access onsite.

Land's End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. To the east, it borders a channel of the Intracoastal Waterway, while the Gulf of Mexico lies to the west, and Blind Pass to the south. Residents can enjoy stunning views of boats passing through the channel, with dolphins and manatees often spotted nearby. The community features 10 buildings and a range of amenities, including a large, heated pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, gazebos, and a BBQ grilling area. Direct beach access onsite for all offers a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation for anyone.

Just 3.5 miles north is Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk; a lively waterfront destination offering retail shopping, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Treasure Island Vacay

The condo was just as represented on the website. The property was well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the pool was awesome. Location was right on the beach so it was quick to start our morning walks. We had a great time.

Nice location with a fabulous pool

I enjoyed the unit and the location. The people were very friendly and any slight concerns were addressed swiftly. The unit is a bit outdated but clean.

The Lands End Complex has made huge improvements to clean up after the hurricanes. However, unit 304 in Building 1 needs many updates and the floors were dirty. The pool and area were very nice and well cared for.

Great stay! We will be back

Great place to stay and very close to the beach from building 1. Super clean property in a less busy area. Great kitchen. Shower had awesome pressure, and the tub drained (lots of tub showers when we travel seem like they don’t drain well). Washer and dryer allowed us to pack just backpacks for a week’s stay so we saved on luggage. Comfy bed and great pillows and plenty of peels and linens. Pull out couch mattress is pretty shot, so we put an extra blanked over it to cushion the springs. We loved being near the dog beach and seeing the pups coming and going. Music from St. Pete can be heard in the evenings, but we didn’t mind it — it kind of added to the beachy vacation feeling.

Lands End is well laid out with great facilities and beautifully maintained. We prefer the intercoastal view over the Gulf view as there is more to see. The unit we stayed in was a one bedroom unit and was plenty roomy enough for the two of us. Large and fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cater for ourselves when required. Would love to go back.

The view of the intracoastal was great, although you had to look over a parking lot to see. Only downside was that the patio furniture was not very comfortable.The property was quiet and the beach location was great. Never had a problem finding a spot. We didn't use the pool due to reading previous reviews about the intense rules.

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I took an impromptu vacation to Lands End with my daughter's family early August 2020.The cost was very reasonable and the property was exceptional. With the beach just outside my daughter's condo and the swimming pool next to ours, we didn't have to leave the property. But, we did. Went golfing and deep sea fishing with my grandchildren. We went out to eat several times at local restaurants and drove to nearby St Pete Beach. All in all a very enjoyable vacation. Land's End is on our list of vacation spots to return to.

The check in process with Resort Rentals was a breeze, and we were able to get into the unit prior to the normal check in time. Land's End is a gated community located at the end of Sunset Beach in Treasure Island. The location is quiet and private, with a great pool and large beach area available to walk or relax on daily. The unit itself was a bit tired, but exceptionally clean, with all the items you would expect in a rental condo. We used both the master bed as well as the pull out couch during our stay, and although adequate, the sofa was comfortable to sit on, it was not that great for sleeping. I would recommend updating to a new sofa, or possibly a murphy bed setup, that would allow extra room in the unit when not using the bed for sleeping.Overall, a nice unit at an exceptional property. Extremely relaxing vacation.....just what we were looking for! Will be back again!

Great Stay at Lands End

My wife's cousin was staying at LE and suggested we try Resort Rentals as they were happy with them. Resort Rentals has a good website with an accurate description and pictures of the unit. Our trip was setup online in less than a day.The unit was clean and ready for our arrival. It exceeded our expectations and contained all the amenities listed in the description. We mostly enjoyed the balcony overlooking the little public parking lot and entrance to the boardwalk. The king size bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was large and well supplied.Building One is right across from the pool which is large and very clean. Right beyond the pool is access to the beach. It was beautiful and warm during our stay. The pool was crowded but not overly so and the beaches were not crowded at all. We liked everything about our stay. If you are extremely picky, you can hear music from the bars across the waterway. Didn't bother us at all but it's there. The roads to the the site are narrow and can be busy with people coming and going and hanging at the local bars. Again, no problems. We highly recommend Resort Rentals, Lands End and 304-1.

In recent years it has gone thru a period of Renaissance. Units have been updated and now it's now more popular than ever. The Canadians and Midwestern guests now drive up the demand for Lands End. Not sure if to blame them for the fact that I now pay more for my stay or thank them for the attention to the property.

The condo however was the worst we have stayed in. Needs significant upgrades and basic amenities such as hand soap, cleaning products etc. We will continue to come to Lands End but not staying in this years condo. Also would suggest better enforcement of pool rules as seems to be far more tolerant of toys, loud activity etc than in years past. Lastly, please spell 'Indianapolis' correctly in your review credits.

We stayed in the one bedroom. The condo was very clean and and overlooked the bay area. The property management people were easy to work with. Found the condo online after days of searching. Would stay here again only next time would like warmer weather but that is what to expect when going in March. Only suggestion a few more coffee cups that you can use in the microwave and a few more bath towels. Thank you we had fun.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all this has been a good experience,I wish the condo was cleaner.Balls of dust were behind tables and chairs.Old laudry was left in the drier.
