Situated over two levels and is conveniently located with direct access to Korora Oval which is perfect for the kids to play and run around, also a short 240 metre stroll to the water’s edge of Bob Cairns Reserve or 350 metre walk to the shopping village which has a butcher, coffee shops, IGA grocery store and boutique shops.
The house features ducted air conditioning throughout, a spacious open plan lounge / dining area that flows out to the enclosed grass yard which is perfect for the children to play.
The property provides a Smart TV, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities and dishwasher. The main bedroom is located on the downstairs level, this bedroom has a walk-in robe, ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity, ceiling fan and second TV. The other three bedrooms are located on the second level, there is also the main bathroom with a bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet.
Also located downstairs is the internal laundry, the laundry is fitted out with a front loader washing machine and dryer and third toilet, there is also a clothesline outside.
There is enough room for a small boat to be parked in the driveway and a double garage with internal access available – the gas BBQ is also kept in the garage, making this easy to wheel out when you want to use this.
Sheets and towels are not provided at the home, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you. The property is in a residential area, noise restrictions are in place.
