This very comfortable house with its 4 bedrooms of 15m2 each, its large beds: 1X180,2X160,1X140, its large living room opening onto 2 covered terraces, and an outdoor terrace of 50 m2, total terrace = 125 m2 + a large plancha, its large fully equipped kitchen will allow you to spend a holiday in complete tranquility.
This house has a cooling system in all rooms by geothermal energy.
Vacationers can relax in an above ground swimming pool of 5.6X3.20. X1.32, fully secure: fence + removable ladder + tarpaulin. You will also benefit from a solar shower (very pleasant for long stays on the terrace).

Grande maison tout confort

La maison dispose de tout le confort et de tous les équipements nécessaires. Et pour ne rien gâcher, Chantal et Yves sont des hôtes très prévenants et d'une grande gentillesse, bien que très discrets. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la maison est spacieuse et elle est bien située pour visiter le pays basque. Yves et Chantal sont gentils, disponibles et discrets ( ils logent à côté de la maison) .

Très beau séjour

Yves et Chantal nous ont réservé un excellent accueil dès notre arrivée et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dans leur très belle maison. L'environnement est conforme à l'annonce: Au calme et entouré de verdure. Les plages d'Ondres sont à 25 min en voiture, ce qui est tout à fait correct. Nous avons pu en profiter plusieurs fois pendant ces 15 jours passés, avec nos deux enfants en bas ages. La piscine est grande, très agréable et très bien entretenue. A noter néanmoins que la maison n'est pas équipée de climatisation (logo affiché dans les équipements de la maison) mais d'un rafraichissement par le sol. En effet, lors de fortes chaleurs, la température à l'intérieure de la maison, augmente. Nous recommandons cette location.

Tolles Haus - Komfortabel und Gross

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Biarrotte sehr genossen. Das Haus war für uns ideal. Das ganze Haus ist mit dem elektro Rollstuhl befahrbar. Vom Parkplatz her gibt es eine Schwelle von 15cm, welche ohne Rampe nicht zu machen ist. Der Zugang zum Haus ist über die Seite jedoch locker möglich. Schwellenhöhe 5cm. Der Aufenthalt im Haus war sehr angenehm. Es fehlte einfach an Nichts. Yves und Chantal sind sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Für uns hat alles gestimmt. Danke.

Nous étions 4 adultes et 5 enfants, la maison nous était bien assez grande pour nous accueillir . Yves et Chantal sont des propriétaires à votre écoute. Très discrets pendant nos 15 jours de présence . Maison très spacieuse , chaleureuse, au calme. Proche de biarritz , 30 minutes . Piscine et SPA au top. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour . À recommander à 100% et sans hésitation. Tarif location très correct . Merci à eux!

Espace et qualité

Très appréciable, la grande terrasse et la deuxième terrasse (plus petite) de l'autre coté. Tout est confortable :la salle de bain et la cuisine particulièrement. Calme absolu. Les plages sont à 20 min, le pays basque débute à 10 km. Tout est conforme à la description.

Propriété très agréable, très grande et très confortable.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Biarotte. L'accueil était très chaleureux, la maison très agréable. La plage se trouve à 20 mn de la maison ca qui est très raisonnable. Par contre nous étions loin des embouteillages et de l'agitation du bord de mer ce que nous avons apprécié. Nous sommes très contentes de nos vacances. Annie Vorobioff
